Comfortable and spacious 1150 sq. ft., 2 level townhouse condominium. Just one of our seven two bedroom units available! This unit comes with every amenity that you need to enjoy your home away from home including: 2 bedrooms, 2 and 1/2 bathrooms, a full sized kitchen, spacious dining and living areas, 3 TV's, washer and dryer, gas fireplace, upper and lower decks and plenty of closet space
King in the master with bath attached, 2nd bedroom can be a king or two twins with additional twin bunkbeds in the same 2nd bedroom. Bedrooms are upstairs and kitchen & living area downstairs.
Our location is second to none! Easy access to town and front door access to Sun Valley's ski lifts, bike path and the Big Wood River.

Magic begins at the foot of the mountain

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My family has been coming to Pennays for many years. It is a special place where many fond memories have been made. It couldn't be in a better location for us and has seen our children accommodated from toddlers to adolescents and into adulthood. Various managers have come and gone; however, Allan Pennay is still the glue, the heart, the soul and his music is magic.

Shabby but serviceable
Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Amazing location - easy walk to river, lodge, bike path, and downtown. Unit itself was outdated and not in good repair. Bedroom has too much furniture for the space and mattresses were poor quality. HVAC was not ideal; we had hot sleeps and cold mornings. Customer service was great; very helpful with booking and clear directions for check in and check out.

5 Star Location 2 Star Property
This location is fantastic with it’s proximity to the river, bike path, trails and skiing. The property itself doesn’t look like it has been updated for decades. The kitchen floor is coming apart, the rear sliding door is very difficult to open, there isn’t a proper thermostat and one of the toilets was leaking. The property was listed as having a hot tub which wasn’t available. The fees for additional guests seems petty but I’m not sure if that has become a standard practice for short term rentals.
