Six heated pools, 9 hot tubs, 2 tennis courts, putting green, community laundromats, outdoor BBQ's and lots of outdoor green space for walks and relaxation. This one bedroom, ground floor condo has everything you need for a long stay. Fully equipped kitchen, all bed linens, towels, cooler. Cosy patio for two, indoor dining for 4 so invite your friends for dinner. Queen size bed in the bedroom and plenty of storage space.

Wonderful apartment to enjoy the sun and water
This is a wonderful rental in the North end of Palm Springs, right by the lyft station. THE PLACE: it is well equipped with everything you could possibly need COMMUNICATION: Dael is great at responding fast and efficiently, I was never more than an email or txt message away. LOCATION: Great location if you have a card. You can get almost anywhere in PS within 10-15 minutes. Traffic in the area is easy. AMENITIES: The condo has swimming pools, jacuzzis and tennis courts. It also has a laundry room and a car wash area. PRICE/QUALITY: Superb, unlike many vacation rentals, there were many utensils and extras. NEIGHBORS: They are quiet and easy to get along with. OVERALL: A+

Beautiful condo that was just as it was described. Fully stocked kitchen with all of the supplies furnished. We were only steps away from the pool and hot tub. The owner was great and responded to our concerns immediately. Would stay there again.

We currently live near the Loma Linda University Medical Centre in Southern California, about 40 minutes from Palm Springs.

Why they chose this property

We purchased this condo as an escape from the often harsh winters of the San Bernardino mountains, where we lived for many years while our children were at school. Now that they have all flown the nest and we have settled in a milder climate, we can offer our cosy getaway to 'Snow Birds' and others seeking the tranquility and uniqueness of Palm Springs.

What makes this property unique

The condo complex is very well maintained with all the convenience and none of the bother of resort living. Nine hot tubs, 6 seasonally heated pools, 2 tennis courts, a putting green, ample parking and BBQ areas ensure you can always find a quiet spot or join in with the crowd, whichever is your preference.
