The house is on 26th Avenue, three blocks (it's an 8 minute walk) from the boardwalk/beach and within close walk to many restaurants, shopping, amusements ect. Moreys Surfside Pier & Ocean Oasis Waterpark are the same street (26th Ave). It’s not a far walk and I provide beach carts to carry all of your gear to the beach and two 2-seat kids wagons. The nice thing is that you can walk all the way out to the end of Moreys Pier directly to the ocean so you barely have to walk on the beach to get to the water. Also convenient is that Morey’s pier has clean air conditioned public bathrooms and showers at the end of the pier (by the water). They also have bike racks at end of pier if you ride you bike to the beach. The 26th Ave boardwalk entrance also has a handicap accessible ramp. There is a Acme grocery store and CVS pharmacy within 3 blocks also on 26th Ave. Within 1 block are Sand Jam, Greens Liquor, Good Night Irene's, Larkins Breakfast, Shoobies Good Eats, The Dugout Ice Cream, etc.
