The PEI Beach House is situated on the waterfront of PEI's south shore. With direct access to the beautiful red sand beach below, it is the perfect spot for little ones to play in safe shallow waters or those who love a bountiful clam dig.

One of the best assets of this PEI cottage is the large comfortably furnished screened porch that overlooks the water and provides a front row seat for gorgeous sunsets while you relax or dine al fresco.

The chalet style cottage sleeps 7 and has 2 baths. The large galley style kitchen and separate dining area are completely equipped for your convenience and cooking needs while the living room with wood stove and water views is bright and welcoming with cathedral ceilings and large windows. The living room's flat screen television (satellite) and DVD player completes the comforts of home.

The property is privately placed with mature trees on three sides and water in front. This allows for a very serene experience while you enjoy the large outdoor deck and surrounding manicured landscape. Deck furniture, hammock, play set and a BBQ entices the whole group outdoors for food, fun and memories to last a lifetime.

Additional property amenities include high speed internet, washer and dryer, linens, towels, a stocked kitchen (minus the food) and beach towels. There is also ample space for parking. Summerside is a 20 minute drive, Cavendish is a 35 minute beautiful drive away and the picturesque village of Victoria by the Sea is right next door.

Let us know and upon your arrival to the beach house, you'll find 4 market sized, cooked lobsters and a bottle of white wine chilling in the fridge as well a a dozen freshly baked dinner rolls and famous PEI potato salad. Your first meal ready to eat! Total cost - add $125 Canadian to booking

Sandbox on the garden side of the beach house as well as a playset (swing and slide).

Damage Deposit C$750

During the high season we have a minimum weekly rental. Check in is Friday at 4pm.. Check out is Friday t 10 a.m..
All taxes are included in the weekly rental fee.
In the event of a cancellation:
• For cancellations 90 days before arrival or earlier, a refund of the (damage) deposit less $200 will be given.
• For cancellations less than 90 days in advance, a refund of the (damage) deposit less $200 will given if we are able to re-rent the property and do not incur additional expenses.

Owner's Cancellation Policy

  • 100% refund if canceled at least 60 days before arrival date.
