Convenient location easily walkable to Mayo and St. Mary's. Beautiful Two bedroom one bath - main level of a Duplex, three blocks from Mayo.

Excellent home-away-from-home for visiting medical students, and patients and their families. Cheaper than a hotel.

Fully furnished with a pillow top king bed and two twin beds, a desk, leather recliner sofa, solid wood dining table for six, and big screen TV with HD cable in living room. Kitchen is fully stocked with pots, pans, and dishes. Bedding and Linen also supplied. Washer and Dryer free of charge.

What's great about our house:

- Reverse Osmosis filter in the kitchen (super-clean drinking water)
- Nespresso espresso coffee maker. We provide a starter pack of coffee.
- Includes high-speed Internet, all utilities, garbage, and yard maintenance.
- Includes all hand soaps, dish and dishwasher soap, and laundry soap.
- High Definition Cable
- Hepa UV filter to keep the air clean
- No carpets or cloth upholstered furniture
- Five short blocks to Mayo Clinic, Gonda Building.

Great Place Close to the Clinic
This is a great place to stay if you have to visit the clinic daily. It was easy to keep clean. Air conditioning worked well. Laundry was convenient in the basement. Nice neighborhood.

This property is unique because of its proximity to both Mayo Clinic and St. Mary's. Our house is also considered transplant friendly, for patients who require carpet free, cleaner environments.

Did I mention that we have comfortable beds too? All our beds are pillowtop beds with mattress covers and blankets that we clean after every guest.

Our kitchen appliances are modern and new. We also have installed a new washing machine for your clothes.

Our house also has a water softener.
