Overlooking the pool area, this well-appointed 3 Bedroom / 2 Bath Townhome in Mammoth Lakes California sleeps up to 10 people. Whip up a gourmet meal in the spacious kitchen or curl up by a winter fire in the cozy living room and enjoy a spectacular view of the Mammoth Crest. Unit even comes with free WiFi and private washer/dryer!! Shopping, movie theaters, and dining are only a short walk away and conveniently located on the Mammoth Mountain Red line shuttle route. A spa, sauna, and laundry facilities round out this mountain side, restful location. All guests receive complimentary full access to Snowcreek Athletic Club to enjoy facilities including indoor heated pool, steam/sauna, full fitness facility, yoga, pilates and cycle studio and more. Approx 1700 sq ft with 2 parking spaces. Guests will be provided two parking passes. If more parking is required than what is allotted, feel free to call our office for alternative options. Living room: Queen Sleeper Sofa, 47" Flatscreen HD TV/ Blu Ray DVD, kitchen, dining, pellet burning fireplace, full bath. Master Bedroom: King Bed with Flat screen TV. Bedroom #2: Queen Bed with Flat screen TV and shared full bath. Bedroom #3: 2 sets of Bunk beds = (4 twins) shared full bath. PLEASE NOTE: The deck is currently out of order and not available for use. PLEASE NOTE: There may be construction in and around this complex during the Summer. This may include but not limited to deck repairs, roof replacement and repairs. We have no control over the schedule of work and cannot ask for them to be rescheduled to accommodate unit occupancy. Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: First time booking with Mammoth Reservations and the whole process from start to finish was fast and easy. Even when I had questions I was contacted back via email within minutes. I had no issues checking in/out. Property was right in front of a shuttle stop so we didn't have to drive to the lodge, which was very convenient. I would definitely again in the future.

Great Mammoth Stay for Families!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Loved the stay at the cabin. Very well equipped with blankets, pillows, towels, kitchen supplies, overall great cabib. The only recommendation would be to add smart TVs. We really wanted to watch Netflix and or rent movies on Prime Video and were not able to. This was a bummer because we were trying to have a family movie night. Also, the caution tape on the windows was not very cozy looking but I understand it was for our safety. However, I wished the deck or sliding glass doors would have been in working order.However, I would definitely stay here again. The location of the cabin and how well the cabin was stocked was a big plus!Thank you for having us!

Beautiful Country
Such a gorgeous part of California! +=central location, responsive property manger, spacious, kitchen well equipped. -=upstairs bath not super clean, shower curtain smelled, not convenient to check in/out separate location, door jam for front door was completely busted from inside, definitely a safety issue. We chose not to tell management until we left but def needs to be fixed/secured asap.

Broken deck
I planned this trip for a group and unfortunately to our surprise the place was under construction. I thought it was the wrong location at first, but it wasn’t. The listing didn’t disclose that the deck was under construction. There was caution tape over the windows and plywood blocking the sliding glass doors making the rooms very dark. Needless to say it was not aesthetically pleasing nor safe. The deck was completely sideways and crushing its beams. The walls inside showed the damage as well. If I could attach photos to my review I would. The HOA and neighbors even told us to file a complaint with the city as to how unsafe it was. I wouldn’t be this upset if they had just disclosed this issue ahead of time. But I wouldn’t have stayed here if I knew. On top of this, it has been a headache trying to communicate with management. The mammoth reservations forwards everything and i havent gotten any real person to address my concerns. I am requesting some type of refund but they claim it is not their responsibility and that my concerns will be forwarded. To whom it’s unclear. I would not recommend staying here.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This was perfect for a friends group of 9 for a trip to mammoth. We were able to fit all the girls on one floor with their own shared bathroom and mens in one floor with their own shared bathroom. The property had everything we needed and was cozy. Easy check in and check out
