We love those furry bundles of joy. We allow maximum 2 pets with a $100.00 NONREFUNDABLE pet fee.

NO SMOKING INSIDE
Please refrain from smoking inside the home or within 25 feet of any exterior doors. Any smoking evidence will result in a $500.00 fee for oder removal, including duct cleaning, furniture, bedspread and carpet cleaning.

NO PARTIES/EVENTS
We kindly ask you to treat our home as your own to preserve its pristine condition for future guests and
your return visits. City of Waco has an ordinance that does not allow events or parties at our short term rentals. Violation can cause us to lose our permit to operate. Thank you for understanding and complying with this ordinance.

When you stay at the Lyle House, the entire home is yours during your stay. You will be sent a digital welcome link with all area information 7 days before your stay. We are local and will be available for you during your stay.

Take your dog for a walk in the beautiful park just one block away. For our smaller guests, we offer a play-n-stay and high chair upon request, ensuring everyone feels at home.

THe Lyle House is self check in after 3:00 pm on the day of your arrival. We will emall you a code for access on the day of your arrival.

You'll have access to 2 full bathrooms, one in the hallway and another Jack and Jill style between two bedrooms.
