CHECK-IN AND CHECK-OUT:

- You will receive a unique security code before arrival that will allow you keyless entry into the property using our smart lock. This way you never have to worry about losing a key and everyone in your party will be able to lock and unlock the door with your smart lock code. Your code will be valid during the duration of your stay and will expire after you check out.

- You will receive simple and easy-to-follow check-out instructions upon your arrival.

***RENTAL CONTRACT:

A SIGNED RENTAL CONTRACT IS REQUIRED FOR ALL RENTALS AND MUST BE SIGNED PRIOR TO CHECK-IN. NO EXCEPTIONS.

The pool and spa will be heated for your stay. The pool will be heated between 82 and 86 degrees. The spa can be heated with the push of a button upon your arrival.

○ Minimum age of primary renter: 30
○ Quiet hours go into effect at 9:00 pm, No amplified noise or musical instruments outside.
○ Parking is limited to 5 cars in the driveway at the property.
○ Standard occupancy is 10 guests, and maximum occupancy is 14 guests. Each guest exceeding the standard occupancy will be charged an additional guest fee of $30/night per guest per night.
○ Up to 2 dogs allowed for an additional fee with prior approval.
○ Renter shall not store/park any trailer, boat, mobile home, RV, camper, machinery, equipment, or commercial vehicle on the driveway or street.

Fantastic
This house and yard was great. The kids absolutely loved all the different areas, they never had a dull moment. On a somewhat busy street, you’d never even know. Us adults loved the space, with four families in the house, everyone had a bathroom and their own space. No complaints at all.

Our family vacation in Scottsdale November 9-16th
The home was great, well equipped and stocked other than no French press for coffee. Everyone enjoyed the week vacation. The only thing around the pool, the pole lights were not not working. Some bulbs were missing. Great location, we would reserve the home again.

Perfect Stay
We had a family group of grandparents, parents and children ages 1 - 6 stay at this property for five nights. The home was large with plenty of room to spread out. The back yard was spectacular with a sparkling clean pool and hot tub. The pool was heated to a perfect temperature at no extra charge which was not the case for many other properties we looked at. The home was very clean and well stocked with everything you could possibly need for a fantastic vacation, especially if you are traveling with children.

Sweetwater Ranch Great Home
We stayed a week as a family of 13 people ranging in age from 1-60. The home was perfect for family time! It was just as the pictures showed. It is very well stocked. There was not one thing we needed. The kids did not want to leave. There was so much to do at the house. The pool & backyard are wonderful. It is located very central to everything from grocery stores, retail, hiking, golf, just about anything. The property managing company through the whole process were very prompt in responding and helpful. Brisa who was our contact during our stay was wonderful to work with. We will definitely recommend the Sweetwater Ranch and would love to return.

Absolutely Fabulous
The reviews don’t lie. This is probably the best rental we have ever stayed at. The pictures do not do it justice. The accommodations are beautiful, so spacious. The pool and spa were fantastic. As are the grounds. It’s the perfect place to relax and have fun with friends. They have every yard game imaginable. We were a group of adults, but I imagine if you brought your children it would be impossible to get them to come in from the yard :). The host and property manager communicated very well and we had zero issues for our visit. We came for spring training and the location wash great, an easy ride to the stadiums. Thank you! We will definitely be back!

You will not find a better location in Scottsdale. The house is just minutes away from both Old Town and Kierland. There are plenty of world class golf course right around the corner.

What makes this property unique

This is without a doubt the nicest home for rent in Scottsdale. We recently purchased the property and did a complete renovation. We hired one of Arizona's top interior designers to help with the renovation. No expense was spared. The home is gorgeous and is what you would expect to see on HGTV.

Everything in this house is high end 5 star luxury.

Amazing amenities include: Basketball Court, Putting Green, Horseshoe Pit, Gas Fire Pit, Pool, Hot Tub, Gazebo, Pool Table, Movie Theater, Game Room with Arcade Games.
