Swiss Efficiency Accommodations - Alaskan Friendliness and a Touch of home.

Your Swiss Efficiency hosts, Verena and Rudi, originally from Central Switzerland and Germany's Black Forest, welcome world travelers to our attractive, contemporary Studio apartments accommodations. We are fluent in English, Swiss, and German, and also speak moderate French and Italian.

The Swiss Efficiency apartments consist of:

Garden Suite with queen size bed and private shower bath.

Mt.View Suite with queen size & twin size futon bed and private full bath.

You can add a twin size air mattress to either of these Suites for an additional person. We also do offer a baby crib for infants.

Both Suites are on the the garden level of our home.

We also have a private bedroom with queen size bed and full bath upstairs, which we rent in connection with the Suites at a reasonable rate.

The apartments are the ideal arrangement for short or long stays in Anchorage, either for business or family visits. We are conveniently located close to restaurants, stores, bike trails, and city parks. EACH OF THESE CAN BE BOOKED BY SEPARATELY. Kitchenette in the Garden Suite and Mt.View Suite.

Our rates are based on a nightly stay. We do offer last minute rates for up to 20% discount and up to 30% longer stay discounts are always guaranteed.

Very attractive, monthly winter rates from September 16 - May 14 (sliding scale rate depends on the length of stay of up to 8 months).
