2 bedrooms with king size beds and each bedroom has its own private bathroom. New hardwood throughout, heated pool (no extra fee for use of pool heater), private fenced back yard and patio. 1 Car garage with driveway for 2 cars. Quiet street in family community. Only 4 blocks from the beach and 15 minutes from downtown Naples which hosts gourmet restaurants and shops. Whole Foods, Publix and many restaurants within minutes of house.

Cozy and clean little house with everything you need and even more. The owners take very good care of it. Lovely outdoor setting with a good-sized swimming pool. Close to shopping and dining. The owner answered all our questions and gave good advice about the area. We had a great time in Naples.

Great place to stay. Had every convenience imaginable. Close to the beach, shopping and downtown Naples. Quiet neighborhood. The pool was amazing.

Really enjoyed our stay in Naples, the house was as-advertised, very comfortable and well-appointed. Nearby to shopping and other adventures. The pool is covered and we saw almost no bugs at all. Pool was really nice.

I’ve been here 3 times and will be back. A plus house and hosts. Beautiful pool, bedrooms, bathrooms, all beach gear provided. Save money by cooking at home in the fully supplied kitchen.

A charming, clean and well equipped place to stay.
The property was ideal for my wife and I. We found the decorations and accommodations well suited for us. Its a tastefully done home with everything we needed to enjoy a fun and relaxing vacation. A very nice outdoor space and pool is where we spent a lot of time. We used the bikes for a nice ride to the beach each morning for a walk. We enjoyed our stay very much.

My husband and I purchased this home to enjoy though out the year while being close to the beach. Our primary home is in New Jersey. We try to provide the best vacation experience for our guests by providing everything you need to relax and enjoy a home away from home.

Why they chose this property

Close to everything! Beach, great shops and restaurants. Mercato is down the street with its many shops, restaurants, movie theater and Whole Foods store.

What makes this property unique

Very private pool and patio area. Please be aware we have security camera on the front door, driveway and sidewalk area only. We only activate them until guests check in then they are turned off. There are no cameras on the inside , patio or pool areas of the house. Please let us know if you have any question prior to or during your stay.
