About this property

EXCEPTIONALLY CLEAN 3BR/3BA OCEANFRONT CONDO.

Our condo is located in the heart of the Ocean Drive section of N. Myrtle Beach. This beautiful three bedroom, three full bath unit has views both North & South from the large balcony. This beach home has about 1500 sq. ft and has tiled floors through out the unit. The condo has also freshly painted rooms, with new 5 inch baseboard moldings. The Master & Third bathrooms have new floor to ceiling tiled showers and fully renovated bathrooms with granite counter tops and tiled floors.

The living room has new couch, love seat and chair (2019) and the view of the Ocean from the living room is awesome. We have also installed upgraded sliding glass doors. Enjoy the 50 inch Flat Screen TV in the Living Room. We have furnished the master bedroom with a nice King-size Tommy Bahama bedroom suite, 40 in Flat Screen TV/DVD player, and a additional Tommy Bahama style King size bed in the second bedroom along with 32 inch Flat Screen, and two Queen size beds in the third bedroom along with a 32 inch Flat Screen TV. All Bedrooms have ceiling Fans for added comfort and additional lighting. Also each bedroom has it's on full bathroom.

This home has 4 Flat screen TV's ranging in size from 32-50 inches. All 3 bedrooms have new carpet. This unit is well above the average rental unit on the market today. The Tidemaster has a oversize swimming pool that is 8ft deep, unlike most pools that are now just 5ft deep, and is equipped with an automated chlorine generator to monitor the pools balance at all times. There is also a kiddie pool for the children, and there is a area for grilling out. We just added a new Trex decking walkway all the way from the building to the beach. The walkway is really nice and has low level lighting for night time use. This 7th floor unit (UNIT # 701)also has free wireless internet service. This unit has a Key Less entry, so no more losing keys or waiting for someone else who has the key to come back. The best thing is you never get locked out and have to call the expensive Locksmith to get you back in.

The Tidemaster is located at 517 South Ocean Blvd, in the heart of Ocean Drive in N. Myrtle Beach. We are within walking distance of all the annual SOS events, car shows, and all city events in Ocean Drive. Most of the major restaurants, golf courses and live shows are within a 5-10 minute drive of our home.

The Tidemaster has had renovations on the building and has 2 New High Speed state of the art Elevators, repaved parking lots, outdoor lighting, secured building (you need a code to enter the building) and other upgrades. The grounds have a newly landscaped look and the parking lots are large and convenient. Our property has only 54 units, so the two glass elevators provide for quick service. We have without a doubt the nicer rental units on the beach, and we work hard to provide a quality product. This is a very well maintained unit, and these units book fast, so reserve the week you want, not the week that is left over. Note: Please note rental rates are subject to change and may increase or decrease depending on availability. Existing reservations with a prepayment are excluded. RENTALS RUN FROM SATURDAY TO SATURDAY

Peaceful Fall Break
Owners were great to work with, very detailed with with information. Condo was perfect, great location, and extremely clean. Amazing experience overall
We were seeking a non-crowded, clean, family-friendly location and this did not disappoint in any way! The owners’ communication and availability exceeded expectations. We received plenty of information in advance, they checked on us upon check in, quickly responded when we had a question during our stay, and checked in with us at the end. The unit was extremely clean and spacious. The indoor and outdoor space were beautiful. The balcony was HUGE and perfect for relaxing any time of day. The pool was clean and not crowded. The other people in the building were very friendly. The beach was not crowded and was very clean. Parking was plentiful and very easy to access. The unit was close to other things to do, but its placement also felt like it was the perfect distance ‘away’ from things to not be loud, crowded, or too overwhelming. We loved the property and our hosts and would love to visit again in the future. We would definitely recommend!

Immaculate
The property was as accurate as the pictures. Great pains have clearly been taken by Angie & Tommy to make this a memorable vacation for any that stay in this immaculate home. The entire trip was flawless. The fact that Angie reached out before our trip to ensure we had every detail needed was much appreciated. I felt like we had been invited to a friend's home. When she said the only thing needed was our beach towels and chairs she meant it. Even with the construction going on in the garage it was no distraction or inconvenience to anyone. Beautiful area, home and owners! Thank you again for sharing your home with us. Look forward to booking with you in the future Angie.

The condo is just as described. Furnished beautifully and had all the appliances and dishware we needed. Great communication with owners, check in and out instructions very clear. Awesome sunrises from the oversized balcony.

Wonderful Experience!!!
In my opinion, it is rare that you get what is advertised however I am pleased to say this is not one of those times. The owners have went above and beyond to provide you with an experience that makes you feel right at home. The kitchen is completely stocked with everything you might need no matter how long your stay. The unit itself is not just clean but immaculate, we were blown away that this was a "rental"! The 7th floor view is fantastic, you can watch the sun come up over the ocean from the master bedroom and watch shrimp boats trawling along from the living room or while sitting on the balcony. Lastly, the location, close to everything without being right in the middle of all the noise and traffic, 3 miles in either direction gets you pretty much anything you need. We liked it so much we tried to schedule our May vacation while we were there but unfortunately, the dates we typically travel were already booked. Oh well, I guess we'll just have to come back in the fall!
