Clean, modern, perfect location. Excellent!
This apartment was perfect for my needs on this solo (work) trip. The location is great for many purposes. I liked the added security of the outside door, the apartment felt very safe. I loved that it is not lived in, and very clean and modern. Also, great mattress and great layout (bedroom was quiet, not on the street). Really, a fantastic spot!

Convenient, Clean and Comfortable!
This was our first trip to San Francisco and I found it difficult to narrow down a place to stay and where to stay. This location was great and Arthur was a great host! He left a book of helpful information and an iPad at the property to search everything within SF. He was always quick to respond too. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops within walking distance, and a short drive to the airport. The pictures depict the property exactly. The place was clean and the bed was really comfortable. There is some street noise, but you really can't hear much when the windows are closed. The bedroom is in the back, so it's very quiet at night. The neighborhood felt pretty safe overall. It was also nice to have the parking garage! I found that the parking along the street was typically full. My husband and I agree that we would not hesitate to stay at this location again! We look forward to another trip to SF in the future. Thank you for the wonderful stay!

Excellent Property
This San Francisco apartment in the Height exceeded our expectations. It is modern and clean with light flooding in thru windows that stretch across the entire living space. The owner provided accurate and detailed instructions regarding location, security, access — everything you need to know about the property. We have family living in the area so we have stayed at most of the hotels nearby and this property provides a much, much nicer place to call "home" than any hotel you will find. Plus, you have the option of a parking space in the garage attached under the apartment. Our only complaint was there wasn't a full length mirror -- and the owner said an addition of that item was planned for next year.

Comfortable, Clean, Well Located
We found a great base for a 9-day city immersion here in this clean, efficient apartment. Good linens and good towels always score high with me and I was not disappointed. Very comfortable for a couple and well located for explorations that carried us from bay to breakers. Appreciated the convenience of great neighborhood markets and restaurants after long walks every day-- Nopalito and NoPa both wonderful.

THE place to stay in San Francisco
This is a fantastic apartment in a great neighborhood. It is well designed and equipped, and comfortable, light and airy. Arthur provided comprehensive and timely information and was able to be flexible on our check-in time. There is plenty of information in the apartment about restaurants and places of interest. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again.
