Flat with one bedroom suite, rich in closets, has air conditioning, bathroom (en suite), living room with cable TV and sofa bed, kitchen with microwave oven and refrigerator (no stove), living room with table. For sleeping, the flat sleeps 2 well in the suite, but can accommodate one more on the living room sofa.

It is located on the 3rd floor of the Itararé Tower Beach building which has a hotel structure: 24-hour reception, maid service, valet parking, elevators, laundry facilities, breakfast restaurant (not included in the room rate) and rooftop solarium.
