Stunning ocean front views from the 9th floor in this beautifully remodeled & tastefully furnished condo on Kahana Bay. A large wrap-around lanai, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, adds to the view. In addition to the HD TV & Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room there is a also a HD TV in the master bedroom. Surf the web with the Wi-Fi signal provided. The master bathroom features a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors, while the guest bath has a tub/shower. A half bathroom has been added in the entry hallway. Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort and is walking distance to shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, China Boat, Dollie's Pub and Cafe and the Beach House Kahana.

Great Unit, but...
Rating Details: The property manager was adequately helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is a beautiful unit, with an amazing view. My only complaint is with Chase N Rainbows' maintenance and/or housekeeping staff. When we checked in, the carpet in the second bedroom had a soaking wet spot left over from an AC repair. I called, but nobody came to dry it out. There were also cockroaches in the kitchen, and they said that they would set bait stations, but never did. Nevertheless, I will definitely come back to this unit again.
