The perfect spot for your vacation in Puerto Rico's most popular beachside resort area. During the day, enjoy direct access to the beach; in the evening, sip wine at sunset on your private balcony, enjoying a stunning view that stretches from the ocean to the mountains.

Fully air-conditioned. 2 bedrooms with large closets (and king bed in the master bedroom), and 2 full updated bathrooms. The kitchen, with its granite countertops, has been fully stocked by the owner, a professional chef. Washer/dryer and password-protected WiFi in unit.

50" Philips HD TV with HDR in living room, with cable and HDMI hookup for external devices. Recent-model HD TV with cable in both bedrooms.

The building is located between the prestigious Fairmont El San Juan Hotel and the Ritz Carlton. Restaurants, bars, pharmacy, grocery shopping, and casinos are only steps away. (While our unit is located in the same building as the ESJ Towers Hotel, it is separately owned, managed, cleaned, and maintained.)

Although a car is not necessary to enjoy Isla Verde, the unit includes one secure garage parking space. Within an hour's drive are the El Yunque Rain Forest, ziplines, golf, and the famous 'bio bay', where luminescent organisms light up the water.

We are just 5 minutes away from the international airport and a 20-minute bus or taxi ride to Old San Juan, whose brightly painted buildings include restaurants, shopping, and historic sites.

Perfect Location
The property was centrally located to restaurants, stores & casino! The beach was steps away! Old San Juan was a taxi or bus ride away! The terrace view of the ocean was perfect! I would stay again!

Great location and apartment is very comfortable. The owners are beyond wonderful, very knowledgeable about the area and respond quickly to my queries. The view from the lanai is beautiful with beach, planes and mountains.

Lovely stay
Our family of four really enjoyed our stay in this property. Check in was a breeze, communication was clear. The two bedrooms were comfortable and there was plenty of bedding. The kitchen was nicely stocked and allowed us to easily cook a few meals while in Isla Verde. The only suggestion would be to consider replacing some of the frying pans as the non stick coating is starting to peel and flake. There is a filtered water dispenser so it was nice to fill our own water bottles. Easy access to the beach and it was nice to have a parking space available on days when we rented a car. The enterprise rental company is right across the street. Lots of restaurants, bakeries and grocery stores all in walking distance. All in all, it was a great place to stay and we enjoyed our time there. thank you!
