The property has a balcony with a stunning view of the entire beach of the Cove. The view provides an unforgettable sunset. This experience is priceless.
The room is quite spacious. The kitchen is American style, which provides interaction between those in the kitchen and the living room.
The service area has clothesline and a tank.
The apartment has 3 bedrooms, one of which is the suite, which has a double bed and a wardrobe.
The room in front of the suite is small but has a closet and a bunk bed. The bedroom next to the suite has a small wardrobe and two single beds, one of which is a bunk bed.
The bathroom that serves the single rooms is at the end of the corridor.
There are two extra mattresses in the apartment to accommodate up to 8 people.
IMPORTANT: CONDOMINIUM ONLY ALLOWS 8 PEOPLE ENTRY PER APARTMENT. LEASE WITH MORE PEOPLE WILL BE BARRIED AT THE ENTRANCE OF THE CONDOMINIUM.

Condomínio maravilhoso com toda infraestrutura que se pode imaginar, piscinas, academia, serviço de praia, wifi e afins. Vista maravilhosa de qualquer lugar do condomínio. Apartamento perfeito, com vista para a orla e com um por do sol surreal. Sobre a anfitriã sem palavras também, sempre muito educada, atenciosa, preocupada e sempre procurando facilitar ao máximo a vida de quem quer alugar. Uma pessoa maravilhosa. Com toda certeza eu voltarei em breve.
