Clean furnished home , 3 bedroom 2 baths , den with sleeper sofa. Access to screened in pool from dining room and den.
Located on quiet low traffic street with nice neighbors.

Basic cable , and internet/ wireless router.
Furnished home with King size bed in 2 bedrooms, and 2 twins in middle bedroom.

T.V. / Stereo in living room , and bedrooms have TV and DVD players.

Washer and dryer and some pool floats and nice pool chairs.

Really nice pool area , with cage on salt water canal with computer controlled solar heating sytem You can fish from your back yard. If you have a boat you can launch at boat ramp on the next street over, or you can rent a boat at Punta Gorda marina . There is a tie posts for your small boat / kayak

Prefer a complete winter season rental, but will possibly rent monthly.

Handyman is nearby, should you have any issues.

The Perfect Property
Wonderful bungalow, loved the tile floors throughout, exceptionally clean and very tastefully decorated. Massive outdoor kidney shaped salt water pool. Comfy King size beds in 2 of the 3+ bedrooms. Well equipped kitchen adjacent to a dining room overlooking the pool. So close to shopping and restaurants. On a canal in a very quiet neighbourhood. The owner, Joe, was easy to reach and super friendly to deal with. Great Privacy from adjacent neighbours although it was always so quiet and relaxing you felt like you were the only ones there. Fishing was great ! Overall would highly recommend this property!!

Great stay!
We enjoyed our ~1 month stay! It was nice to have a while house/pool to ourselves for less than what we would pay to stay in many condos. Host was super easy to work with and accommodating, great at communication. Neighborhood was safe, house was comfortable. Would stay again if we were ever in the Port Charlotte area for an extended stay.

Home away from home
This is our second stay at this rental. Quiet neighborhood yet close to all Port Charlotte, Punta Gorda and surrounding area has to offer. So relaxing at side of sparking, well maintained pool while watching mullet jumping in the backyard saltwater canal! Excellent and prompt communication with owners. Highly recommend.
