Fácil comunicação e boa localização
Desde o início tive uma boa experiência ao entrar em contato com o dono que sempre respondeu rapidamente, depois este me passou o contato direto com o caseiro que foi solicito e prestativo. Tivemos um contratempo com a água que acabou enquanto nos arrumávamos para sair (acredito que tenha sido algum problema com a bomba), mas entrei em contato com o caseiro e o problema foi resolvido prontamente. A casa é ampla, a limpeza estava nos conformes e tem uma ótima vista e área externa (achei até melhor do que pelas fotos, apesar de ser um pouco menor do que imaginei). No geral atendeu superou minhas expectativas e dos meus amigos, voltaria com certeza.

Ótima opção - Estrutura e localização
A estadia foi excelente. Fui muito bem atendida desde os primeiros contatos. Todas as dúvidas foram sanadas e minhas solicitações para check-in e check-out foram atendidas sem nenhum problema. A casa tem uma ótima estrutura, é bem ampla e clara e tem todos os utensílios necessários. Caminhada rápida até a praia de Joao Fernandes e fácil acesso a outros pontos de interesse de Búzios, como Orla Bardot e Rua das Pedras. Sugestão: Acho que o anúncio deve deixar mais claro que deve-se levar roupas de cama, ou pagar um custo adicional por isso, além do pagamento do consumo de energia ao final. Eu não tive problema, pois tinha feito este alinhamento previamente. Mas, outros clientes podem ser pegos desprevinidos.

Fds perfeito!
A casa estava impecável, acabado de passar por uma reforma. Para quem quer curtir um fds com a família e amigos é excelente! Desde o contato com o proprietário até o checkin com o administrador, tudo muito tranquilo e claro. Muito perto de área comercial, mas extremamente silenciosa e de alguma forma reservada. o único ponto a melhorar são os itens de cozinha. Pouca quantidade de pratos, copos, talheres. Foi um fds muito feliz!

Ótimo custo benefício
Pertinho da praia de João Fernandes. Muito bom ter a piscina ao chegar da praia enquanto fazíamos o churrasco. Casa muito bem distribuída que atendeu perfeitamente nosso grupo de 12 pessoas. Precisa de alguma manutenção, especialmente na cozinha mas não chegou a atrapalhar nossa estadia.
