Welcome to this recently renovated BEACH VIEW condo. This beautiful two bedroom unit has a bathroom, a kitchen, and plenty of storage, as well as a sleeper queen sofa (sleeps a total of six). It is steps away from the beach, located on Mandalay Avenue in the center of all the action. One of only twelve units in Clearwater Beach Suites, it has its own year-round sparkling heated pool. A short walk (minutes) to all the best bars, restaurants, and Pier 60! The Jolly Trolley stops right at the corner, and public tennis courts and a large pool and playground, including water slides and basketball courts, are right across the street. TV's in all the rooms, newly wired high speed wi-fi, heated pool, and the best location on the beach.

NOTE: Our condo management team has fully implemented all current state-issued COVID-19 sanitation and cleaning protocols.

Great Stay
We really enjoyed our stay. The appartement is exactly as expected. I did find it a little tight for a family of 4. It would be perfect for 2-3. The location was great! Just steps to the beach and within walking distance of pier 60 and lots of shops and restaurants. I do wish that there had been a broom in the suite to keep up with the sand that gets tracked in from the beach. There was a little dust buster, which was nice to be able to vacuum excessive spots of sand. The other thing to be aware of is that the door code does not work a minute after 10:00am on checkout day so before everyone walks out of the suite be sure you have everything. Also check-out time is 10:00 and housekeeping showed up at 9:55 wanting to clean the place. Overall it was a great place and I would definitely recommend.

Great Florida Vacation
Property was as stated. The condo was clean and as described. I had a slight issue with the condo door code, but the property management was quick to fix the issue. In-unit laundry was very convenient. Property was close to many bars, shops, and restaurants, which was nice, so we could walk instead of driving around. Kitchen was well equipped, as promised. King bed was extremely comfortable. Overall stay was wonderful and we would definitely stay here again.

Why they chose this property

Location and view. This is a corner unit, steps away from the beach, with beach views from the back, bay views from the front, and view of Mandalay Park from the side. The unit is newly renovated including a brand new kitchen with quartz countertops, and there is a great attention to detail in each and every room. There is a beach-themed room (brand new queen bed), a Florida-themed room (brand new king bed), and a modern living room with a sleeper couch (total of 6 can sleep on beds, but the sleeper couch isn't as comfortable as a regular mattress). One king and two queens.

What makes this property unique

The corner second-story beach view (from both bedrooms and partial living room view) location is unbeatable, as is the proximity to all the restaurants, bars, and shops along Mandalay Avenue. You will find the decoration and themes in the condo to be unique and fun, with a real attention to detail that you don't find elsewhere. There is even a "hidden mickey" in the Florida themed room.
