An oasis in the downtown area, wonderful newer house, newly professionally decorated, only 2 miles from the main downtown attractions, UTC, Erlanger, comfortable home, well maintained, fully stocked, everything brand new, across from neighborhood courtyard, enjoy a 3 bedroom home with a leather queen sofa sleeper as well as a leather futon to add more sleeping room, in a wonderful quiet safe neighborhood for less than the cost of a hotel room, warm and cozy home where you will feel perfectly comfortable, enjoy all that Chattanooga has to offer and have a fabulous home to go to after all the fun! Why drive when you can stay just a couple miles from all of the activities?

Christmas Disappointment
Hosted the family for our annual after Christmas get together. Very disappointed with this rental since it was not accurately depicted on the VRBO website. This unit was located in the middle of what I would politely refer to as a sketchy area, although we did not experience any security issues during our stay. Only stayed 2 out of the 3 nights booked due to the dirty condition of the unit (photos are outdated since upkeep is severely lacking) and the lack of sleeping accommodations (only 3 beds) for 6 adults and 3 children ( 2 school age and 1 infant), even though the description indicated that it would accommodate all of us. Would not recommend or stay there again.

It’s a nice place!
It felt like our on home. In the a/c filter was stopped up and the dryer vent was to made fell right at home. We really liked the lighting in the house. If we come back that way we would drop by and rent it again. Thanks Jason

Fun weekend
The home was very clean and had all the needed amenities. Safe neighborhood and friendly people. We stayed for a short weekend so location was perfect to hit all the sites and downtown just minutes away. Would recommend.

Quick Trip to the Area.
My family enjoyed our 2 day stay. Very close to Lookout Mountain, Rock City and Ruby Falls. The house was very comfy and convenient for my elderly parents.

This location is so close to everything downtown has to offer! A five minute Uber ride, 2 miles to the Aquarium!
