Beautifully Decorated, Relaxing Atmosphere - close to the beach and Coligny

The Villas at Seascape are professionally managed by Vacation Time of Hilton Head and are best rented directly through our website..

This nicely decorated villa has all the comforts of home including Wireless Internet. The first floor of this villa has a well stocked kitchen, dining room and living room with TV with a DVD player and a stereo.

The second floor has two bedrooms. The first bedroom offers a king size bed with a TV and large windows overlooking the peaceful lagoon. The second bedroom has twin bunk beds, double bed, and a boom box. There is a shared bath as well as a washer and dryer on the second floor.

The third floor is the master bedroom with a private bath and balcony. You can sit on the balcony and enjoy your morning coffee or a nice glass of wine before bed.

Located off the living room there is an expanded deck overlooking the quiet, peaceful lagoon with wildlife all around for you to admire. There is a gas grill and outdoor seating so you can enjoy your favorite meal under the canopy of the rustling palm trees.

Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was somewhat dirty. I was very happy with the location. I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Other than the perfect location, I have no rave review. On arrival the house smelled musty and moldy. In fact, two people who are allergy prone suffered from the moldy smell. The second floor bathroom tub/shower faucet was difficult to use. The back deck had a patio table and four chairs, two of which were completely rusted and unusable. The top sheet on the second floor king bed didn't even drop to the side...too narrow. The kitchen was in desparate need of a major update. I think the property description is very deceptive. Overall, very disappointed with the condition of the villa.

Great location to Coligny and an easy walk to the beach. Condo was well equipped with what 6 adults needed for the week. Comfy beds! Could use a few updates but, all in all, a nice place to rest and relax for a week in our favorite place!
