Bonito mas sem manutenção
O aptº é grande, arejado, a vista é maravilhosa mas......nota zero no quesito limpeza e manutenção. Fogão, coifa, com muita gordura acumulada, geladeira, azulejos, interruptores sujos, algumas louças e panelas foram guardadas com gordura. Um dois banheiros havia sido usado sem acionar a descarga.Precisei limpar o banheiro, comprar material de limpeza e passar metade do primeiro dia tentando limpar o fogão e coifa para poder usar. Pedi uma faxineira para dona Anália que, no segundo dia, limpou o aptº incluindo cadeiras e vidros que também estavam com sujeira acumulada.Gostaria de frisar que a gordura e sujeira não eram decorrentes da ultima hospedagem, notava-se que era acumulo devido falta de manutenção de algum tempo. Fiquei uma semana sem TV e sem internet, embora a NET estivesse com bom sinal em toda a cidade, conforme pesquisa que efetuei.Dona Anália enviou uma pessoa para trocar o aparelho que nada adiantou. Na TV do quarto, sem canais fechados, somente Band, Record e Gazeta possuiam sinal. Minha mãe, de 87anos e problemas de mobilidade, ficou sem entretenimento durante toda semana. Os edredons que estavam a nossa disposição estavam sujos. O lavabo da suite estava entupido e com vazamento. Realmente, uma decepção!!!!!!
