Property Info
Property is located on the Billington Village area of Ocean Edge at the end of a cul-desac with the patio overlooking awooded area for privacy. Our place is 10 minutes away driving (3 miles) from the closest beach (Ellis Landing Beach) and a 15 minutes walk (0.80 Miles) from the closest Ocean Edge Pool (Arbor Pool).

Linen & Towel Service
All linens are provided (except beach towels). Guests can purchase Sponsored Guest Passes for Sports Membership at the Lynx Clubhouse across from Arbor Village.

The space
1050 square feet of living space with a large, quiet backyard. The kitchen & bathroom are a little bit dated, but functional. The carpeting and grill were updated this year and we continue to look for ways to make the place feel like home. We have a Queen Bed and (2) Twin Beds that accommodate up to (4) people with one Full Bath and one Half Bad downstairs.
We also provide free WIFI, Playstation 4, Cable, DVD/VCR and some board games and lawn games for the beach.

Guest access
We own a Sports Membership at Ocean Edge Resort. Therefore our sponsored guests have access to most of the offerings and activities available to us. You can review the guest fees online at the Ocean Edge website and our guests will be provided with the fee information upon reservation.

Other things to note
We are local to Massachusetts and we pride in being responsive to our guests before and during your stay with any questions that you may have.
We want our guests to have a great time in our property and enjoy the beauty, beaches and venues around the Cape Cod Area

Nice quiet stay in Brewster region of the Cape. Great location to beaches and local attractions. My girls loved the Arbor Pool. Accommodations with plenty of space and comfortable for our crew of four.

Cape Trip
We enjoyed our recent family vacation at this rental. The host was great about responding to our questions. Home was clean and had the necessities for a comfortable stay for the week. Loved having a grill and patio for making some meals. Being on Ocean Edge resort property, the rental has access to the resort’s amenities and activities including the pools. It is a great, safe area for walking the property in the morning. There is no air conditioning, but the rental does provide fans in the rooms. We cannot wait to rebook next year at this rental to make more memories as a family!

The kitchen was well equipped. It was nice to have a washer and dryer to keep up with clothes. Beautiful area with lots of different flowers. I had one meal at the Lynx restaurant and it was very good too.

The property itself is dated, but in a nice location and overall mostly clean, but not immaculate which you expect when paying a large cleaning fee. The front door was very dirty and there was hair in the shower that wasn't mine. The biggest issue was the check in information on the property listing and in the email sent to us from the owner was WRONG, which made for a nightmare checking in. Their listing needs to be updated and they need to be more diligent about sending accurate codes, etc.

Why they chose this property

We love the beach and we love the cape! We are right in the middle of Cape Cod, close to Provincetown, Chatham, Nantucket & Martha's Vineyard. Our resort offers everything that our kids love like pools, activities, bike trails and games, while also offer great restaurants, bars, fitness center, sauna and spa for the adults. There is no better place in Cape Cod where families can relax and have a great time together!

What makes this property unique

As Ocean Edge Resort Members, we have the ability to pass on guest privileges to our guests. Ocean Edge does require the names of the guest and a nominal fee to use the pools, fitness centers, tennis, bikes, aerobics classes and more. We will provide full details of these privileges for guests that inquire and certainly upon reservation.
