This superior three bedroom condo is just a short ski away from the Snowflake lift. Guests can walk about 170 yards from the condo and then ski down to the chairlift easily. Guests will enjoy the comfort of a nice floorplan with contemporary mountain furnishings and a nice view. The property is equipped with free Wi-Fi. Common area outdoor hot tub and garage parking add to the amenities. Guests will also have use of the Upper Village outdoor heated pool and hot tubs located down the street. Please note that this property is a 3-level floorplan with stairs.

Nice 3 bedroom condo
Nice place. Close to shops and restaurants. Easy check in procedure. Quiet area. Plenty of space for a family. Would stay here again.

We always like Los Pinos condos
This is our 3rd stay at a Los Pinos condo. It is very convenient to downtown, either walking or taking a Summit bus at the end of the drive. This condo was similar to others but needs a little TLC, like shampooing the carpets and providing a couple chairs for the upstairs outdoor balcony. Why have a balcony if you can't sit outside and enjoy it? Otherwise, it had all the basics and then some, like a blender, etc. We love Breck: we enjoy a week every summer.

Over all good except the steps to claim
My mom find it difficult to claim the steps. We thought we have to claim only one level to one of the bedrooms, but you have to claim two levels. If you have elder people then this may not be good choice. Everything else is good.

Great place for a quick business trip
Nice condo with quick access to anything you need. Condo is a little tired- cut my toe on tack strip exposed from kitchen to dining room, but overall, great little place. I had long hours which made the check in process with management company a bit difficult.
