Casa em ótimo estado, e próximo da praia, excelente!
A casa estava em ótimo estado, perfeitamente limpa, com tudo funcionando. A cozinha conta com equipamentos básicos em perfeito estado, quartos com ventilador de teto, e banheiros também com perfeito funcionamento. O espaço para guardar os carros é ótimo, e a piscina estava perfeitamente limpa e em ótimo estado. Com certeza recomendo esta casa.

Falta de zelo!
As fotos do anúncio não condizem com a realidade. Percebe se que o anúncio foi feito quando os móveis eram novos. Ao chegar na casa me deparei com móveis mto velhos e principalmente o q mais me chocou foi o estado dos colchões, encardido e mofado, mto feio mesmo. Sem falar dos colchões de solteiro que dava para sentir a madeira da grade da cama. Cozinha com falta de zelo tb, armários com cheiro de mofo. O dono da casa poderia ter mais cuidado e proteger o colchão com capas, e os de solteiro, poderia trocar com mais frequência uma vez que estavam com o meio todo afundado. A casa grande boa e espaçosa. Piscina excelente e bem limpa. Porém o estado dos móveis era de chocar qqr um. Sofá não dava nem para sentar, de tão fedido. O proprietário deveria ter mais zelo, pintar as paredes de vez em qdo e cuidar do mobiliário.
