From the villa\'s private dock, guests can use a rental boat or water-taxi to visit the charming villages of Lake Como, Menaggio Bellagio, and Tremezzo. 2 motor boats are available for guests to use. The villa is fully air conditioned.The section of the Lake that extends from Como to Tremezzo is a sophisticated resort, where there are no isolated or rural areas. One visits for the scenery, the luxury shopping, and the incredible views from the stylish restaurants and cafés. Ancient villages and enchanting gardens are the setting for the historical villas of the Lombardy aristocracy, which dot the coastline like jewels in a crown. The best way to enjoy the views of these magnificent, aristocratic villas and their gardens is by boat, and this can easily be done by taxi boat from the private dock of the villa, or by the pier of the Navigazione dei Laghi ferries located at 400 meters.
