House with accommodation for 12 people, with option of rental for up to 15, including children of any age.
2 bedrooms, 1 suite + 1 bedroom and 2 bathrooms, 7 beds and 5 mattresses, large living room integrated kitchen. Swimming pool, gourmet balcony with barbecue and garden. Internal parking for 3 cars. Fully airy and secure.
Great location, only 350 mts. of Toninhas Beach, without the need for a car. On the right side, it has few waves, great for kids and diving. On the left side, great for surfing and sports All kiosks have infrastructure, with bathroom and shower. Between Praia Grande, where it has agito day and night and Enseada with calm sea and good restaurants. Only 2 km from Shopping Itaguá, Aquarium, craft fair and Shopping Center. Calm and quiet place, we ask to respect sound and noise after 10pm.

Adoramos
Adoramos a estadia, casa ampla, quintal, piscina as crianças amaram, perto da praia, uma leve caminhada já estávamos no mar, da pra ir a pé tranquilamente, mercado, comércio em geral por perto. Super indico, tivemos um ótimo fim de semana.

Excelente estadia
Excelente casa, bem ampla, cozinha bem equipada, quartos com ventiladores, jardim uma delícia, piscina e churrasqueira também muito gostosas!! :) A localização é ótima, tem mercadinhos perto, quiosque e dava pra ir a pé para a praia, super perto também. Além da praia das Toninhas, também estávamos bem perto de outras praias muito gostosas. A proprietária é um amor de pessoa, muito solícita, atenciosa, nos deu várias dicas de onde ficar e teve uma grande preocupação para que tudo corresse da melhor maneira. O caseiro também foi muito atencioso. Gostei muito do imóvel e do atendimento que tive durante o fechamento, com certeza vou voltar!!

Fiquei no imóvel de 18/12 ate 22/12/17 com duas famílias sendo um casal com três crianças e outro casal com duas crianças. A casa atendeu bem, o caseiro foi muito prestativo e educado Sr. Pedro. Perto da praia, uma leve caminhada. A única coisa que faltou foram armários nos quartos, pois tivemos que deixar as roupas todas dentro da mala e atrapalhou a organização. Mas tirando essa falta, a casa foi muito boa, limpa, arejada, e a Luzia é muito prestativa e atenciosa. Voltaria a me hospedar nesta casa.
