About Mary Kim Lavery
We purchased this property because of the quiet street and the potential we saw for it. We have made major improvements - hard wood flooring, washer/dryer, new deck, new siding this year, new mattress, new windows and blinds, hot water heater and air conditioning. The picture shows Jay on the left and then Mary Kim and Charlie on the right in front of the camp. Charlie and MK live about half an hour south of the camps, so close enough to be there if needed.

Why Mary Kim Lavery chose Alburgh
Enjoy your morning cup of coffee out on the large deck at the end of the dock. Great place for kids due to the quiet dirt, dead end road and the shallow waters of the bay.

Couples getaway at the lake
Perfect sized place for two couples to stay for an extended weekend. We really enjoyed sitting by the campfire and watching the sunset. Thanks!
Relaxing in August
The cottage was very clean and very accommodating. Great kayaking and fishing. The dogs loved it and never had to be on a leash. Truly a relaxing and peaceful vacation.

Had a great time!
Would love to come back next year. Views, breeze, firepit with wood provided. We stayed a week, never turned on the tv.
Our property is all about enjoying the simple things in life, glad you guys took advantage of just that.
Beautiful place! Incredible views. Right on Lake Champlain with it's own pier. Located on a very quiet street. Canoes and a paddle boat available for use, which was very convenient. Charlie, the owner, made himself available for questions, concerns and any assistance needed.
Thanks again for staying at our cottage.
Very clean and cozy, perfect quiet getaway!! Great communication with owners!!!
Great family fun!
Perfect little spot for our family vacation plenty of activities and and water amenities provided. The water is very weedy for skittish swimmers, the canoes paddle boat, kayak, dock and bikes made up for it. The moring for our boat provided even more water activity for us however locating the boat launch was tricky. The weather was fantastic so we spent very little time in the cottage but it was perfect for what we needed and seemed to be maintained.
