Terraced house in condominium facing the Jurumirim dam, with six suites, each with bathroom, bedroom with double bed (2 bedrooms) and in the other bedrooms single beds (no bunk beds) and closet. Three suites with private TV. Four rooms, one for TV and one with fireplace. Internal barbecue. Kiosk with barbecue. Hydromassage pool on the side. Boat ramp with electric winch. Land with 2. 400 m2. Kitchen with 2 microwaves, 4 refrigerators and 1 freezer. gas oven. Sandwich maker. Bread machine. Electric Frier.. Pub. Laundry room with washing machine and ironing board. Parking. Gas showers with central heating. Large balcony overlooking the pool and the dam.
The property is not rented for youth meeting or business meetings. The maximum capacity is for 18 people, being not allowed the placement of loose mattresses, beds in any dependence of the property, as well as animals of any size.

Casa grande, confortável e ambiente relaxante!
MUITO BOM! Desde a negociação o proprietário foi atencioso e até o final se manteve comprometido ao nosso bem estar e afirmo que ele é de confiança. A casa é bem ampla e confortável, todos os quartos são suítes o que deixou nosso grupo de 18 pessoas bem a vontade e sem problemas de logística de banhos. A vista para represa é incrível e quase todos os cômodos da casa tem uma vista privilegiada dela. Entramos na água que é limpa e pudemos brincar bastante entre atividades na represa, na piscina e nos gramados. Cozinha grande e bem equipada, tanto de utensílios quanto de louças. Condomínio super seguro e o fato desta casa não ter vizinhos nos deixou ainda mais a vontade.

passamos a virada de ano nesse lugar maravilhoso, com certeza voltaremos muitas vezes, limpeza impecável, dedetizado, proprietário nota 10, Creuza, a pessoa que cuidou da arrumação e comida muito gente boa, o condomínio tem clube, restaurantes mas a casa é tão espetacular que não sentimos necessidade de sair de lá para nada, segurança nota 10, dormimos com janelas e portas abertas, espetacular!,

Adoramos a nossa estadia neste imóvel à beira da represa. Suítes extremamente espaçosas, uma linda vista, um nascer do sol de tirar o fôlego! Local perfeito para passar férias com a família.
