This newly constructed 3 bedroom house is located in Baddeck, just steps away from Bell Bay Golf Course, and overlooking the Bras d'Or Lakes. This lovely home has 2 flat screen TVs, Blu-ray player, WiFi, 2 ½ baths, 2 Jacuzzi tubs and full view of the Lake from both floors. This home comes with unlimited golf for 2 at Bell Bay Golf Club during mid and high season stays, PLUS additional golfers receive reduced green fees at Bell Bay during your stay! Weekly rates without golf are available as well, for $300-$345 less than quoted rate. Guests receive full access to Inverary Resort amenities including tennis courts, indoor pool and hot tub, water adventure centre, fitness room and mini theatre. The property also includes access to the Bras D'or lakes - access area features a newly installed outdoor cooking area and gazebo.

The master bedroom has a king bed, flatscreen TV, and a Jacuzzi in the ensuite. The second bedroom has a queen bed, and the third bedroom has two twins. The main bathroom also has a Jacuzzi tub and separate shower. All bedrooms feature French doors that open out to the wrap around deck.

The kitchen has stainless steel appliances and is fully equipped. It is adjacent to the open concept living and dining area, which also features a large flat screen TV and gas fireplace. There is a half bath located off of the living/dining area.

The upstairs cupola has a pull-out sofa, and offers gorgeous panoramic views of the area.

The large outdoor patio includes a gas BBQ and lovely patio furniture.

Satellite TV, WiFi, Blu-ray player, and a selection of DVDs, books, and games for guest use are included in your stay. For your convenience, the property has a washer and dryer for guest use. Housekeeping services are available mid-week. A playpen is available upon request.

Rental is not confirmed until rental agreement is signed and returned (fax or email) within 48 hours of booking. Weekly rentals normally change over on Fridays. **Unit normally available for weekly rentals only in July and August - shorter stays will be considered on a case by case basis.** The Guest acknowledges that because of the short rental season in Nova Scotia, they are buying the time available in the property and they own that time slot. Our Condo Cancellation Policy is 90 Days prior to booking date. In the event the Guest cancels their reservation more than 60 days but less than 90 days before the Check-in Date, half the amount of the deposit shall be forfeit from the Reservation Deposit. More than 30 days but less than 60 days before the Check-in Date, 75% of the Reservation Deposit shall be forfeit. 30 days or less before the Check-in Date, the full amount of the reservation cost shall be forfeit. When booking 30 days or under the guest is to pay full payment upon booking. In the event of late payment, or failure to pay, the owner has the right to levy the Cancellation charges provided for by this Agreement against any money that the Guest has paid in advance and cancel the Reservation.
