Bring your own boat (or rent one) - there is plenty of room to tie-off on either side of the dock with a large no-wake cove. Contact owner to inquire about reserving a covered slip with boat lift during your stay (based on availability; additional fee would be required).

Spring: the wildflowers will be blooming, fish will be spawning (fantastic fishing beginning in late February, early March) and the lakes won't be crowded!

Summer: warm water, fantastic sunsets, lots of water activities (boating, swimming, fishing, kayaking to name a few)

Fall: usually warm temps through November and a great time to be on or around the lake, watch football, golf on one of the many nearby courses

Winter: bring the family together around the holidays, enjoy the many fantastic amenities around the lake including wineries (Perisso's is excellent and only 5-10 minutes away), Enchanted Rock and superb Texas BBQ at Cooper's Open Pit in Llano.
