"U-Kai-lele" is a 2nd floor 2bed/2bath, sleeps 6. Beachfront in Cayman kai. Screened in patio centrally located on complex with best views of the beach. Minutes to Rum Point. Kaibo Yacht Club Bar & Restuarant with reasonably priced food beachside or a fine dining experience on the upstairs balcony. Quiet complex for escaping it all. We recently bought this place after wanting a spot on this side of the island for 20 years. This is where the affluent Caymanians go to escape. This is also our vacation home, so extra care has been given to make this a great, comfortable, hassle free experience for every member of the family. We like to go up on weekends, watch the kids play in the pool and on the beach from our balcony. In the evenings we sit out watching the Caribbean Sunsets, while blending margaritas, and BBQing fresh fish, kids are inside playing games, or watching DVD's/cable. Steps to easy dining, drinks, and watersports. Extremely safe and friendly environment for everyone. Our young teenage girls walk the beach and go to lunch hassle free.

Family of 2 parents and 3 girls own this unit. Husband is the MD of a Cayman Trust Company of an international law firm. Owners have resided in the Cayman Islands for over 20 years, and are very well known and respected.

Safe, tranquail, beautiful, easy 45 minute drive. We love to pack the cooler, kick back and relax. We are building memories with our young kids...and now you can too!

What makes this condo unique

Beautiful beach views, great sunsets, wonderful breezes. 4 days in Cayman Kai is the equivalent of 2 weeks anywhere else. Friendly neighbors, great watersports near by. Good food and wine.

It had everything we needed and more. The kayaks were great. We used them everyday. Having two twin kayaks really made things easy for us to go out as a family, thank you for making that happen. 2nd floor unit with screened in patio for cross breezes. Gas BBQ on patio for convenience. Expansive views of beach and pool deck. Recently renovated with designer linens, curtains, tableware, etc. Sleep with windows open and enjoy the peace and quite of Cayman Kai. Unit is safely located with lots of privacy in the center building with best straight on views and easy kid watching on beach. Extras included for kid friendly vacation. We live in Grand Cayman and go to the Kai for a break. This is our favorite spot in the whole world. TLC has been given to this unit to provide you with all comforts of home. Just bring your bathing suit and tooth brush. Unit has assorted books and assorted board games for all ages, cable in each room, dvd payers, surround sound, MP3 player, IPOD dock that charges, easy WI FI, local calls free, fully outifitted kitchen with basic seasonings, inflatable bed, rain shower, printer, blow driers, flat iron, shampoo, conditioner, soap, laundry soap.

Charming and quiet

A great experience at the U-Kai-Lele. All the amenities are great. The only downside is the beach right off the condo is not really great for swimming. If you enjoy a slower pace, this side of the island is the place to be.

Excellent condo, responsive owner.

Condo was as was fully stocked and all we needed was our toothbrush and bathing suits! My favorite thing was the quality of the sheets, I know may sound picky but I love quality sheets. Great kayaks and paddle board. Even a precious Christmas Tree! The view from the upstairs was perfect, the privacy was great. The only issue was the fact that the walls around the condo were being washed as well as the sidewalks and we dealt with compressor sounds for three days, 6 hours a day. Given our preferred stay- dates, I am not sure we will ever escape sounds of property maintenance. But it seems it could be done on better days than the 4 or five days before Christmas. We love this location and condo community, ran into friends made poolside last year and felt so at home.

Great Condo in Kaibo

Had a lovely stay in Kaibo U-kai-lele. Condo has all the amenities needed. Clean and nicely decorated. Gave us a very homey beach feel. Great value for the money. Only things missing were life vests (for going out on kayak, but we were able to borrow from another unit) and beach umbrella that seems to have been taken by another guest. Also some of the kitchen pans/utensils could use updating as they are very old and worn out. The light on the balcony is also out, but we used candles and it made for nice romantic evenings.

You will definitely need a car to get into Georgetown as it's a good 45 minute drive and the beach you're on isn't very nice. It's on the marina side. Much nicer beaches around the island. Make sure you check out Smith's Cove if you like a quieter, smaller beach, which is super gorgeous. We totally fell in love with the island and will definitely return, but it will likely be closer to Seven Mile Beach next time. All in all a fabulous stay though and Mabel the owner is very easily accessible by email. Thank you so much for a memorable trip!

Very Nice Condo and area

We really enjoyed our stay at U-Kai-Lele! The condo has pretty much everything you need, and felt very cozy. The pool is really nice and a must when it is humid. The owners are gracious to allow guests to use the double kyak, and also the paddle board. It is a great location for paddle boarding. We were not able to get the kayak to the bioluminescent bay like other guests have done because our rental car did not have a roof rack and was too small for the kayak to be loaded in the car - need the roof rack for that. We enjoyed the marina and restaurant next door - they have a buffet once a week, and it was very good. I think the larger grocery stores are on the other side of the island. We never wanted to take the time to drive back over there because we came in on Sunday when they are closed, so we went to a smaller store on the East End that was about 7 miles away. Thank you for allowing us to rent your condo - our family had a great time!!

Perfect family getaway

Beautiful condo overlooking the pool and beach. It's well secluded yet right by everything. Kaibo right next door. Rum Point and Starfish are only a couple minutes away by bike or car (20-30min walk). Took the kayak and paddle board over to Starfish Point a couple times as well! The owners have thought of everything. There are all kinds of supplies stocked throughout the unit (condiments, otc medicine, bath products, flashlights, etc.) You'll never run out of things to do. We had an amazing trip! Can't wait to come back!
