Welcome to Sea La Vie! Our wonderful top floor condo situated only a few steps away from the Caribbean Sea and Seven Mile Beach, which has been voted one of the best beaches in the world. You are sure to enjoy memorable sunsets as well as the comforts of home found in the furnishings throughout. The expansive balcony is not only used for lounging but also dining, and is only three stories above the water.
The condo consists of three bedrooms, all with vaulted ceilings. Two of the bedrooms are master suites with King size beds and opulent baths. The third bedroom has two full beds with a third bathroom directly across the room. This condo comfortably sleeps six to eight people.
Sea La Vie is not only known for an amazing interior and view, but also an amazing location. Within 1/2 mile from the Sea La Vie property is Camana Bay, Cayman’s newest work/live city. Enjoy shopping, dining, and even a multi-plex movie theatre. Georgetown is a five-minute taxi ride, where there are more dining and shopping options.
This condo has a spacious, open floor plan, that has been professionally designed and decorated with seamless transitions between indoor and outdoor living space. Located on the property is a pool and shaded patio area with a grill for cooking out. Also on the property is a tennis court which also serves as a two pickleball courts, Sea La Vie is your ultimate beach getaway. Enjoy the privacy of your own space, and peace and quiet at the private beachfront on Seven Mile Beach.

Absolutely Fantastic !!!
Absolutely gorgeous! It was in immaculate condition, updated, and perfectly located on 7-mile beach. We thoroughly enjoyed the beautiful sunsets from the balcony directly overlooking the beach, watching the moon rise in the evenings, and the cruise ships arriving at night heading to George Town. The landscaping is candy to the eyes. The amenities include a pool, hot tub, pickle ball court, gym, grill area and large pond with bridge. We enjoyed feeding the turtles in the pond :) Completely safe and within walking distance to many restaurants and groceries. The condo is more than comfortable and has everything you need. Very spacious and easily sleeps 6. Feels like a home away from home. The owner, Mick, was more than accommodating. He made us feel so... welcome in his home to be sure we had a perfect vacation. Thanks Mick!! We will definitely be back!! Highly recommended!!

Family Christmas Vacation
The resort was in a great location on 7-Mile beach. The condo itself was spacious and well appointed, had all of the necessary amenities to make our visit easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Great Vacation
We are a family of five with adult children who were looking for a winter holiday retreat in Grand Cayman. The property was in outstanding condition, clean, located in a central location, and completely safe. The amenities were fantastic with a swimming pool, hot tub, pickle ball courts, gym, and beach with beautiful sunsets. The owner, Mick, was a gracious host who regularly communicated with us and made the extra effort to make sure our accommodation was perfect. Would highly recommend to anyone without hesitation. Fantastic property!

A Memorable Family Vacation
We are a family of five and we thoroughly enjoyed this beautiful condo and all the amenities it had to offer. The owner Mick is a class act, who goes above and beyond to make your vacation a memorable one! He is also very knowledgeable, informative and helpful with dinner recommendations, island activities and shopping stores. The views are amazing!!! This place is a home run.

My intent is to both use the condo with my family and to share it with others visiting the Cayman Islands. Our family members all love the beach, water activities, scuba diving, restaurants, fine dining, unforgettable sunsets and the warm friendly people of Cayman. We welcome you to this Paradise!

The large upscale floorplan sleeps 6-8 guests conveniently located near restaurants, Camana Bay and Georgetown. The property has great amenities, a large sand beach, beautiful sunsets and wonderful ocean views.
