Welcome to the most spectacular gem on the one of the most beautiful beaches in the world. Heritage Club sits on the quiet and pristine northern section of Seven Mile Beach. The entire complex consists of only 18 units directly facing a very large private and uncrowded soft, white sand beach. Heritage Club's governing board has recently taken specific steps in rental policy for its owners in order to limit the number of people on the property at any given time. The result is your stay will be a true boutique experience!

Our mint-condition 2-bedroom ,2 bath condo is situated on the very private top (3rd) floor, affording breathtaking views of the beach and the clear turquoise waters of the Caribbean. The entire Heritage Club was completely rebuilt/refurburbished to exceptional standards just a few short years ago following Hurricane Ivan. Our upgraded unit is newer to rental service and had never been rented until mid-2011. We have chosen to limit occupancy to 4 persons or less. We welcome children 11 years and up, but younger if known to the owners.

The master bedroom includes a king size bed, a private balcony, and private bath. The guest bedroom includes a queen size bed and private access to the shared 2nd bathroom. Both bedrooms are spacious and have large closets and chests of drawers for storage. Both bedrooms also include brand new HD flat screen televisions.

The fully-equipped spacious kitchen includes stainless steel appliances and solid-surface countertops. It overlooks a large sunken living and entertaining space that, in turn, opens to the large screened lanai overlooking the beach. The living room has a brand-new HD flat screen, wifi-enabled television with HD Cable service. Passcode-protected WiFi service is provided at no additional charge. The living area also includes a double sofa-bed and a single fold-down twin bed.

Enjoy daily housekeeping service that includes fresh linens and towels as well as beach towels. You will find ample beach chairs and beach loungers to choose from daily on our private and uncrowded beach. If the sun becomes too much, there are four shaded gazebos and several umbrellas on the beach for relief.

We are at a private end of Seven Mile Beach but still conveniently close to shopping, restaurants and activities. The new Tiki Bar and Restaurant and world-famous Calico Jacks are both within walking distance down the beach. The new Morgan's Restaurant is about 1/2 mile away at the Cayman Islands Yacht Club. Full-service, modern grocery stores and countless world-class restaurants are only a very short drive or taxi ride away. Numerous activities including world-class scuba diving, snorkeling and just about every water sport are all just a phone call away and tours are also available for countless other island activities.

Our on-site manager, Justin, will greet you and is available to help answer any questions you might have and to help you plan any activities you may be interested in. Heritage club allows you to be close to the action while laying low as much as you like!

Why Kurt chose West Bay

We made frequent return visits to Grand Cayman since first visiting for a family vacation several years back. After staying different places on Grand Cayman, we found Heritage Club and fell in love with it. We decided to purchase our particular condo almost immediately after our stay there. It was nicely situated, nicely decorated, and in absolutely mint condition.

What makes this condo unique

If you've ever been to Seven Mile Beach, you know there are many different kinds of experiences associated with different complexes. What we like best about our property is: 1. The beach is large; 2. The beach is sandy as opposed to being intermixed with rocks and ironshore as you would see elsewhere; 3. The beach is sparsely populated and it's easy to find chairs to sit in and have a private experience without others being 'on top' of you; 4. The unit is like new, is well taken care of, and has been barely used since being rebuilt a few years ago; 5. The unit is nicely furnished and appointed and the furnishings and apointments appear as being brand new; 6. The unit is very, very clean and comes with daily maid service; 7. Being on the top floor, the unit is very private and has no upstairs neighbor.

Quiet, relaxing and thoroughly enjoyable!

My wife and I enjoyed out 5 day stay at the Heritage Club with our young son. The property was beautiful, clean, quiet and relaxing. The property manager, Justin, was friendly and went above and beyond in making our stay as enjoyable as possible. I would highly recommend this property to others looking for a private 2-bedroom condo on the beach in Cayman.

We could not have asked for more!

Everything about this condo and Heritage Club worked so well for us. Our 2 weeks were filled with floating in the sea, enjoying the beach and pool and getting to know Grand Cayman. We met a lot of great people at Heritage Club including Justin, the property manager, and all the staff. We found the north end of SMB private and beautiful. The condo itself felt like home. It was spacious, wonderfully appointed and added so much to our enjoyment. We spent many hours in the morning and evening on the lanai. And we enjoyed many evenings watching the sunset while barbecuing our dinner. Best of the best vacation!

Hidden gem

My family stayed here for Spring Break this year. We normally stay at the south end of SMB where we have a timeshare, but it did not match our week off this year. Decided to try the north end and LOVED it! The condo was beautiful, well-maintained, and the oceanfront view was gorgeous! Really appreciated the smaller complex--the ability to have your choice of beach chairs and cabanas/umbrellas. The water was perfect with little wave action--seems to be a little protected. I enjoyed being on the quieter, north end. It introduced us to different restaurants and such. Helpful to have a car as it is further from grocery shopping, other stores, etc.

It is certainly a place I would stay again, and definitely recommend to others!

A Little Slice of Heaven on Seven Mile Beach

We stayed here for my wife's 40th birthday in December of 2014. This was our fourth trip to Grand Cayman and we will not be staying anywhere on the island besides here at the Heritage Club. It is located on the quiet end of Seven Mile Beach (North end), just minutes away from many restaurants and other activities. The beach is pristine, crystal blue waters, just steps away from the complex and the beach was "manicured" daily. The water is so clear with fish, rays, and turtles just feet away from the beach.

The unit was very well decorated and felt like home. The bedding and bed were very comfortable to sleep in. The kitchen had all the utensils/appliances you would need to cook and make drinks. It is also nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit to keep the swimsuits/clothes fresh. Sitting on the private, screened in terrace/porch we watched the sun set directly in front of the unit,every single night, right over the Caribbean water. It was absolutely gorgeous.

On top of having a great place to stay the entire staff was wonderful. Every morning someone was out tending the beach, cleaning the pool, cleaning the grill, etc. The cleaning staff (we were told they were cleaning ninjas) would clean your unit when you stepped out. We only saw them once but every time we would return from going out in the morning the place was cleaned, new towels, straightened up, etc.

To top it off the property manager was outstanding. He was always available, had wonderful suggestions on eating/visiting/activities, saved us quite a bit of money on paddle board rentals, and was a delight to talk with. I had ordered flowers for my wife and had pre-ordered some groceries to be delivered and the property manager had the flowers arranged nicely in the unit and the groceries packed away in the cabinets.

This was a great overall experience for us and we will be heading back soon. You can bet we will be staying at the Heritage Club!

Great Place to Stay!

My family stayed here over Spring Break this year and truly enjoyed it. The location, right on Seven Mile Beach, is fabulous. It is away from the crowded resorts and relatively quiet. The condo was in excellent shape. I loved the daily housekeeping service. The property manager was always available and very helpful. The beach and pool were very well kept. We could not have picked a better place to stay!
