You will be hard pressed to find a more beautiful spot on the Outer Banks. Perched high in Carolina Dunes, between Duck and Sanderling, 'Banana Republic' offers panoramic views of both sound and ocean.

When you get back from that full day at the beach which is only 200 yards away, there is also an enclosed shower with half bath access outside for your convenience. Provided for your convenience are beach chairs and beach carts. Shaded deck space with comfortable rockers provides a respite from the sun within several steps of a spacious, private pool (12' x 28') with poolside stereo speakers.

You will love this tastefully decorated, well-equipped home with 2 coffee makers and the sunsets will take your breath away. For touching up before a night on the town an iron and ironing board are there for you.

A fun week
Rating Details: The property manager was more than helpful. The vacation rental was very clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The pool was wonderful! Just the right size and with a few shade trees to sit under. The biggest drawback was the sofa in the main room. So uncomfortable. Other than that, the house worked well for us, was clean and adequate. The hot tub was really nice and clean.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was very dirty. I was more than happy with the location. I was somewhat dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were happy linens were supplied and the house was very well stocked with things we needed. However, the cleaning had a lot to be desired. The carpets were not swept well and not under any furniture. The middle floor bathroom had so much dirt around the baseboards and tub area. Vents were terrible, ceiling fans terrible, the bedroom doors were filthy. Lamps and mini blinds very dusty. We didn’t notice right away, cause due to the terrible weather we ran around shopping on Monday and Tuesday. We would not stay here again. We did contact housekeeping at the end of the week, hoping they will do a much better job for the next people coming in. Living room couch and chair are very much in need of replacement.
