Tastefully upgraded with its original refurbished hardwood floors, granite counter tops and new retro black and white bathroom flooring; this light, bright and airy unit will be a delight to return to after long days of exploring “America’s Finest City”.

Our standard rental period is four nights, however if you are interested in a shorter period contact us directly as we often make exceptions depending on the season and availability. In general we will not accept any rental bookings shorter than four nights prior to 30 days before your requested rental dates. July requires 7 night min-stay (Saturday to Saturday) bookings.

Felt like home

Condo was comfy and well equipped. Location is perfect... easy walk to the bay and to great restaurants. Biking distance to La Jolla, Ocean Beach and Belmont Park. Communication with owner was a bit of a struggle as he was out of town and information exchange was not clear. Toy Box is a plus, but bikes needed some maintenance. Brittany was a huge help when we had questions.

Great spot short walk to the beach

My family of 4 had a great stay at this location. We used the bikes and other toys. We stayed for 5 days and we were surprised to see how close we are to the beach and places to eat everything. Room was clean kitchen was complete. If we needed anything we just asked.

Had more kitchen supplies than we expected, which was a plus and the place is just super cute overall. Only downside was that we a got a noise complaint from the person under us when we had zero music on and were speaking at a normal volume. Also, there is limited mirrors/lights, just fyi. Overall, I'd definitely stay again

Very family friendly place

This place was great for my 20mth old. They had a highchair, pack and play and beach toys. Lots of cooking supplies and the bed was super comfy! The only reason why I am not giving it 5 stars is because I found the pictures / add to be a little misleading. The front grass area is not part of this unit - I thought we would be able to let our son run around but the unit is actually in the back of the property, closer to the alley. Would definitely stay again though!

Cute comfortable & great location

1442 had everything we needed, it was clean upon arrival, kitchen was stocked, & the toy box was used everyday as we rode the bikes to the beaches & shopping. The patio captured the sun all day where you can enjoy any meal. We found the location on Pacific Beach drive is convenient for driving north or south for sightseeing. Hope to be back again

Anderson Island

great location, great room, with one exception

Even the weather was great. The room wasn't quite ready because the cleaning woman couldn't get the tub to drain. She had been working on it for over an hour with no luck. It was late we didn't care at that point plumber would fix it tomorrow. Plumber showed up around 8 p.m. the next day worked for an hour with no luck. We could use the bathroom just could not take a shower. New plumber next day in the bathroom 5 hours with no luck. The manager offered us another units bathroom to use until problem was fixed.

We talked to another guest who stated that this wasn't the first time that this exact problem had happened. He showed me his texts with management of 2016, which were almost the same wording with the same solution. (use another units bathroom until problem is fixed).

We would love to come back to the unit next year but we are a little leery.

There WAS a small drain for both units upstairs that did backup occasionally and was a pain to clear. However we had a team in to replace the drain with a larger one after your visit and will not have a backup problem again. We would love for you to come back and will offer a discounted rate as a apology. Thanks again and appreciate your review.
