Island House Beach Resort! Crescent Beach, Siesta key Florida. Complete Remodel 2017! This beautifully maintained complex is located on the widest part of one of the best beaches in central Florida. This unit is two bedroom and 2 full baths. It is 1300 sq. ft, King, 2 queens, Central heat/ac. The unit has large living room, fully equipped kitchen ( all appliances), Keurig and regular coffee machine lanai. It is located on the 4th floor. Free Wi-Fi in unit!. This condo offers a view of palm trees, white sands and crystal blue waters of the Gulf of Mexico. The view is picturesque and the sunsets spectacular. This complex has 2 beach cabanas, beach chairs, courtyard with shuffleboard. There is a large heated swimming pool, recreation room with pool, ping pong, air hockey. There are plenty of restaurants, shops, attractions nearby. Busch Gardens/Adventure Island is 1 hour away and Disney/Epcot is 21/2 hours. Come share our paradise and make your vacation a memorable one!

Beautiful condo on the beach!
I’m not sure how we found this gem last minute but we did and it was perfect! Condo is beautiful, well equipped and clean. Fabulous ocean view from the screened in balcony. The property is quiet and well cared for. Owner was great to work with. Would love to return!

Beautiful unit/great view
We loved the specific unit note than the overall property. Great location to walk to restaurants/coffee, and very nice beach that isn’t overcrowded. The condo is decorated beautifully and is spacious. It was nice that the guest room had 2 queen beds. Would definitely stay again. The Island House pool is sufficient but not anything special, but we were interested in the beach anyway given our short stay!

The condo we stayed in was so spacious and updated beautifully. Our view of the beach sunset from the lanai was our very spot at night. Can't wait to come back next year!

You are steps away from the pristine white sand, from there, the blue sparking waters tantalize your eyes to a place of serenity. The Island House Beach Resort condo 15S does not disappoint. The million dollar view this condo provides is priceless. The condo is very spacious and modern. We enjoyed this trip so much. We feel spoiled to have been lucky enough to stay here.
