This beautiful million dollar cottage is just one house from the beach with an unobstructed view of the ocean. While it is only 400 square feet the elevated wrap around deck outside the double French doors turns the family room in to an indoor outdoor space with an amazing view of the white water.

We have appointed the cottage and added amenities for couples who are willing to pay a little more to have the very best. It comes fully stocked with everything you could need including bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, beach chairs, BBQ, and a fully equipped kitchen with all types of wine, champagne and martini glasses. Our goal is for this to be the nicest vacation rental on the beach and based on the reviews we believe we have succeeded.

There is no reason to rent a condo with people beside and above you when you can rent this stand alone cottage on a very peaceful court.

Parking is a one car garage with an 8' wide opening and will fit a vehicle up to 17' 9' long.

We have limited the occupancy of our one bedroom one bath cottage to two adults. It is the absolute perfect place for a couples getaway. If you want to have friends over we limit the additional guests to 4 being a total of 6. This is due to noise ordinances that are strictly enforced.

Great views and great location
The cottage was clean, exactly as seen online, very well stocked and perfectly located. The hosts were great and helpful. Our car fit in the garage too which was great!

Pacific beach gem
My husband and I enjoyed a weekend away without kids and stayed at this beautiful, peaceful and well maintained cottage. It was in the perfect location, close to all the action but also just tucked away enough for privacy and peace & quiet. The cottage was exactly as listed with all the necessities you need and was extremely well kept. We used the cruiser bikes often to get around and see the area, sat on the deck and played cards and even used the beach chairs to enjoy the waves. The communication with the owners was immediate if we had any questions. You can tell they put their heart into this place and we would definitely stay again if we are lucky enough to get away again without the kids!
