Walk the beach, watch the dolphins play, go for a swim in the pool or simply relax on the balcony of this newly remodeled corner unit while enjoying your favorite beverage. Complete another day in paradise with the breathtaking sunsets over the Gulf. About half a mile from historic John's Pass Village and only 30 minutes from the Tampa International Airport this condo is the perfect setting for an escape to the beach.

This unit is newly remodeled (2022) with new floors and new main bathroom. New flat screen TV's, wireless internet and much more. The master bedroom has all new furniture with a king sized bed and a private bathroom. The second bedroom is new with a double bed and the third bedroom has a daybed that opens to a king. The under building parking spot for this unit is located right next to the elevator for easy access. Your beach vacation is waiting for you!

great beach location
Condo was great - it was very well equipped and had everything you needed and was in a great location. Keyless entry would have been helpful as there was 4 of us and only 2 sets of keys. Most other rental places have keypad entry. And we needed keys to access the pool and the beach and the stairs/elevator. Good for security I suppose.

Fabulous views & beautiful accommodations. There was everything anyone could possibly want or need available at this condo or conveniently nearby in the neighborhood. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend this condo to anyone looking for a family vacation.
