Las Palomas is Rocky Point’s only 5 star resort that includes the only 18 hole golf course on Sandy Beach designed by famed designer Forest Richardson. Las Palomas has everything a family is looking for in a vacation location. Beautiful soft sand beach on the warm waters of the Sea of Cortes. Las Palomas has many pools including heated infinity pools, hot tubs, two lazy rivers, kids play pools, water slide, and swim up bar pools.
Other amenities include poolside restaurants, club-like exercise facility, two AAA 4 diamond restaurants, secured underground parking, use of many large gas grills, and a free kids club.
A full unobstructed view of the ocean greets you as you walk into our condo. Two bedrooms are oceanfront with California king sized beds and patio access. The third bedroom has two queen beds making it very comfortable for two families traveling together or a large family. But if your group is a little larger there is queen size sleeper in the living area couch. Watch dolphins, seabirds, Para sailors and gliders while sitting on the oversized patio to await the beautiful sunset.
All Las Palomas condos have a full kitchen with all the accessories you have at home. There is also a full size washer and dryer in the unit.
Our Condo is 1728 sq. ft. with a 430 sq. ft. patio. It is equipped with a 54” plasma TV, DVD player with surround sound in the living room. All bedrooms also are equipped with a flat screen TVs and DVD players. We have equipped this unit with wireless internet which is not standard in other units. Cable TV providing HBO, ESPN and many other channels including local Phoenix channels.
We are in the rental pool, so once you are here there are no other hidden charges that others may have. Please make sure that any condo at Las Palomas you might be interested in is in the rental pool. If you rent with someone not in the rental pool you could lose your reservation, have to pay additional costs to the resort Because we are in the rental pool included are daily unit cleanings, free pool wristbands, kids club, room service availability, 24/7 front desk help, daily pool towels.
The Rocky Point (Puerto Penasco) area offers many of the attractions you would expect at an ocean resort area. Deep sea fishing, golfing, scuba, sightseeing tours, horseback riding, wave-runner rental, banana boat rides, shopping, night clubs, and plenty of restaurants featuring fresh caught seafood. You can even buy your own fish at the fish market and cook at “home”. What makes Puerto Penasco unique though is that it experiences the world’s second most dramatic daily tidal change which makes exploring on the beach new every hour. Also since it is close to desert, your older kids will enjoy renting ATVs for a thrilling ride.
