You have discovered one of the finest condominiums available in the popular Ledges Complex at the Lake of the Ozarks. This is a Rare 4 Bedroom plus an additional Loft Living / Sleeping area, 3 Full Bath unit!

Rest-assured that your family and friends will be staying in a very clean, well-appointed condo featuring many amenities. The Decor' and Furnishings are all very nice and Comfortable! The Entertainment System features a large screen TV and high quality sound system. Bring along your laptop and log onto dedicated high-speed wireless Internet. A desk and monitor provide work space if needed. The new electric fireplace is very easy to use. It puts off significant heat and displays an enjoyable flame!

Our Guests especially appreciate the Large Deck with seating for 9 situated right on the water's edge. You can see for miles up and down the lake's main-channel! At night, the view of the stars is fantastic! By day, the boats cruise along right in front of you! Check-In 3PM, Check-Out 11AM unless otherwise arranged.


BOATERS: Our 12 x 30 foot slip is close by and available upon request. Larger slips are available as well. The State Park is just a short drive away and offers very nice ramping facilities as well as short to long-term trailer parking for your Boat or Personal Watercraft Trailer. By water, you'll be on the 20.5 Mile Marker which is just around the corner from the Grand Glaize Bridge!

LADIES' WEEKENDS: Blair's Landing is a unique shopping area within just a few miles of the condo. Evergreen is also a favorite for those who enjoy home décor shopping - their selection is constantly changing over the seasons and their pricing is outstanding! Finally, you never know what you'll find along the Bagnell Dam Strip at the eclectic shops there!

GOLFERS: You've surely heard of the awesome courses the Lake area boasts! All of them are a short drive from the centrally located Ledges Complex. Bring those Clubs!

Please feel free to contact me with all of your questions, for any needs during your stay, and if you'd like any recommendations for things to do while visiting the Lake of the Ozarks. As the property manager, I'm working for you as well as the property owner! My goal is to provide a relaxing, worry-free getaway with upscale amenities to accommodate our guests.

Why they chose this property

The Ledges is a conveniently located, popular complex in the Heart of Osage Beach. The Ledges offers the hard to find combination of outstanding main-channel views and the serenity of a peaceful no-wake cove. The complex offers two pools, one of which is just beneath the condo on the point of the property with a great view of the Lake - also a great location to enjoy the sunset. In addition, there is a sandy beach play and swim area that the kids really enjoy!

What makes this property unique

The Lake of the Ozarks is an area we've always enjoyed vacationing. Once we were in a position to purchase a vacation home, this was our first choice! There's been so much growth at the Lake in recent years that all the comforts of home are right here - when you're 'away from it all' at the lake, everything you need is still close by which makes it that much more relaxing to take a break!
