Why Victoria Royal Vacations chose Downtown
I choose to buy a vacation rental unit in the Juliet building because the view from the suite is like a dream in Heaven. The gorgeous Sun sets down over the Pacific Ocean horizon and under the majestic snow-capped mountains. Every day the picture is different and more beautiful. From the living-dining room and the bedroom there is a 280 degree panoramic views of the Inner Harbour and the Victoria City Centre. It is one of the most beautiful places that I have ever seen. Once I saw it I wanted to share that beauty with the rest of the world.
What makes this Condo unique
There are two beautiful Juliet balconies - one located in the living-dining room and one in the bedroom overlooking the Pacific Ocean with a panoramic view of the Victoria Inner Harbour and City centre. Relax on the sofa in the dining room or dine or enjoy the magnificent sunset from the privacy of your own bedroom while inhaling the fresh summer breeze coming from the Pacific ocean through the French doors of your suite. Capture the magic and romance of the city. On Canada day you can view the glories fireworks from the privacy of your living-dining room or from the Juliet balcony.

Enjoyed our stay. Great location. Well equipped, comfortable beds. Needed clearer checkin checking instructions and instructions to use the Rolls Royce egg/toaster machine.
Could have been better
It was a little complicated getting into the property. There seem to be a lot of rules. It would’ve been nice to have a full-size couch with room for three people to be comfortable. Plus the toilet paper could’ve been better quality. The air conditioning units did not work well. Using two air conditioners at the same time pot circuit breakers. As with most places we stayed there are not enough hooks to hang things in the bathroom etc.
We were very pleased with the location! Parked in underground and walked everywhere we wanted to go. Easy access to the harbour and to transportation to visit attractions! NO DRIVING! Leave that up to the tour guides! AWESOME HISTORY! Our unit was very well equipped (with the exception lack of a frying pan😐) We look forward to staying in the unit on our next visit to Victoria 😎
We loved staying here. The only issue we had was that we didn't know which parking spot we were supposed to park in. I called the contact number and they solved it right away. Super helpful and a great place to stay.
Comfortable Clean and Central
My sister and I recently spent a week in the Emperor’s Suite in beautiful Victoria. We try to visit family in the city once a year and do lots of cooking while there. I have to say this is the best equipped kitchen of any of the suites we have rented. Being centrally located made it very easy our guests to come visit and our brother who is wheelchair bound found he was able to move easily through elevator, hallways and the suite itself. Check in seemed a little daunting at first but no issues. Overall a very pleasant week. Would definitely recommend the Emperor’s Suite and looking forward to returning
Everything about our stay was great. Although coming from a small town, we were a bit nervous. The parking where we were told to park was taken, so I just waited in the vehicle while my husband went to get key. Everything went smoothly from there on in. The guest parking was a issue as we never had a parking pass in binder, and as it went no one got back to us during the time it was needed. They did get back to us with parking but company had already carried on. The view from this suite is absolutely amazing, and the suite is complete with everything that one needs. It could use a extra frying pan, also the coffee pot leaked when pouring. All in all we loved it and would definitely give it a completely positive review and would most definitely come back.
