It is owned by John Lemacks and his wife, Dale Dawson. They began vacationing here 20+ years ago and became permanent residents in 2004. Their personal contacts and knowlegde of the island allow them to assist with a wide variety of activities and amenities to enjoy during your stay.

Beautiful Property, Great Location, Attentive Staff

We use vrbo multiple times/year. This condo was clean, well stocked, and had beautiful views.

The booking agent Dale was so incredibly helpful with trip prep and some maintenance issues that arose during our trip. I would recommend this condo to anyone.

An Absolutely Fabulous Rental

Our family of 6, my husband, my self and 4 teenaged children, stayed at 203 Cupecoy for 15 days over the holidays. This is one property that delivered well above our expectations. The condo was much larger than we thought it would be, it was clean, it is very well maintained. There was only 1 instance were we had a small problem (husband got locked in the bathroom, he was able to get out after a few minutes), we called and let the condo manager know (since my husband dismantled the knob). First, she answered the phone (which in itself is a miracle nowadays, then she offered to pull their handy man off his holiday to come and replace it-we were fine with just not closing the door, but the offer was in my opinion well above and beyond). The location of Cupecoy Beach Club is perfect!! Very upscale, next to beautiful beaches, across from a nice casino, lots of restaurants, close to a great grocery store. We rented a car and drove throughout the island and each of us agreed we were staying at the best location on the island! We hope to return again and again!!

paradise for the 3rd year in a row

5 of us, 55+, have stayed at cupecoy for the 3rd year in a row and will definitely stay here again. Condo is immaculate; the grounds are gorgeous. We feel completely safe with the 24 hour security. We actually used the pool this year and found out how good the food is at the pool bar. It was delicious. And, of course, the best part, is you are 200 yards from the best beach in St. Maarten. Mullet beach and Rosie's shack are a must go to. We went there 10 days in a row! I would recommend this unit to anyone and everyone! Barb from Fargo

Very nice condo and terrific location. Booking was handled very efficiently by manager. This was our third annual visit to St Maarten. 2012 we stayed at Alamanda resort in Orient Bay. 2013 we stayed at Sonesta Maho. We liked this one the best. Nice having our family in one upscale unit (2 grown children and a friend).

Very convenient to dining. The Sugar Cane restaurant across the street is good for breakfast/lunch. We walked to dinner 3 nights (Temptation (a must), Fig and La Gondola) and drove the easy, low traffic mile to Maho and Puerto Cupecoy 3 other nights. The 7th dinner was at one of our favorites in Orient Bay (le Piment). The grocery store is also very convenient.

One thing about the condo not mentioned in the ad is the side exit from the parking lot (keycode needed) that leads to a 100 yd path directly to Mullet Bay Beach. One of the best photo ops on the island is on the bluff overlooking the beach and bay.

Also the new causeway bridge is open and really cuts the trip time to the northern part of the island.

We hope to return to the island next year and will definitely stay here again if it's available.

Cannot say enough good things!

We really can't say enough nice things about our stay at the Cupecoy condo. If it was up for sale, I'd snap it up in a heartbeat. The booking process was so easy and Dale with Elite Properties was incredibly responsive and so helpful! The unit is located within a very safe, guarded complex in a very convenient area. The grocery store is easy to find nearby, and the casino across the street offers great dining (albeit reservations generally required). The private beach access to Cupecoy Beach is amazing, and you're so close to Mullet, Maho, Baie Longue, etc. The unit itself was so clean, complete with every amenity you might need. The kitchen is fully stocked with appliances and cookware. There are TVs in every room, and a loaner library of DVDs to take advantage of. The view was breathtaking and the water so close you could practically reach out and touch it. The bedrooms were HUGE and the bathrooms very nicely done and well-equipped. The beds were firm, to say the least, but I'm spoiled by a very fluffy, cushy American bed. Maid service was great and more than we had even expected! We also rented a car during our stay (highly recommend doing so) and parking on the complex was very easy - as is navigating your way around the island. We travel a lot, and my husband is from the Caribbean, and we cannot say enough nice things about the property, the island, and the management. We'll definitely stay here again.

Perfect week

Four of us spent last week on cupecoy. Our unit was perfect. Spotlessly clean, friendly staff, daily cleaning. The ocean could be heard from three different patios. Very clean, we'll kept condo complex. Felt very safe, gated security. Restaurants and groceries nearby. And, we could walk to our favorite beach, mullet beach, with Rosie's shack; had lunch there everyday. Best drinks in st. Maarten
