Read the reviews this home does not disappoint. It is not a townhome nor a condo it is a single family home downtown with an attached garage. No elevators or long walks from your car. The unit is beautiful, very nicely decorated in a great location. The home has everything you could need and then some. JD was easy to communicate with and getting into the unit was easy as was the garage. Our only concern was the second bedroom which was very small. It has a queen bed , but no bedside lights and one side is right agiainst the wal making it hard to get in and out. Other than that it is a fabulous place.

Great place and convenient location
We stayed a few days here as the first stop in our vacation. The host was very responsive to our questions in advance of arriving and the check-in and check-out process was easy. The property is clean and well maintained. There was enough room and bathrooms for the 4 of to easily prepare and unwind from the day. We would highly recommend this property.

Conference / Business Trip
JD's place was great! I stayed here while attending a conference at the convention center. The home was very comfortable and had everything needed for a 4 night stay. The location was perfect, close to food and entertainment as well as walking distance to the convention center. I specifically enjoyed having coffee on the balcony prior to the walk to convention center. I would highly recommend staying for either work or for pleasure. Exceeded my expectations.

Family Vacation
What a beautiful home! Home had a definite wow factor. Fluffy towels, comfy beds, and plenty of dishes. Having a garage was a huge plus, it was great to not worry about finding parking. The art work was amazing. Easy walk to the Gas Lamp for dinner. The balcony was a nice treat in the afternoon. My parents (81 & 77) did find the stairs to be a bit much by the end of the stay. They enjoyed the house very much and liked having their own space. Overall it was a wonderful stay!

Why they chose this property

I bought in this location because we love downtown San Diego. This home was selected because it is one of the few single-family homes downtown. I could paint it bright green and short-term rent it without the worry of a home owner's association. The interesting style of these homes won numerous awards for the builder. It features tilt up concrete construction. I also liked the fact that the garage is attached. Not having to go through a public elevator to get into the unit is a major benefit.

What makes this property unique

Attached garage single family home not a condo, there is no home association to worry about. Make sure your vacation rental is licensed when booking.
