Located on Marlin Lane in Pumpkin Cay, Unit 36A, on private water inlet minutes away from ocean and bayside. Completely updated condo includes king-size bed and queen-size beds. Additional bonus room/den includes 2 twin-size beds. Fully furnished inluding all linens, dished, cookware, and premium appliances. Also, 3 televisions, DVD player, Comcast, Sonos and Wireless Hi Speed Internet throughout

Loved this Condo!
My family just stayed in this apartment this past June and loved it! The condo was the perfect size for a family, everything was clean, great views and perfect location within Ocean Reef. The extra bonus room is the ideal addition for little kids. Michelle was very helpful with providing all the details prior to arriving, checking in with us while we there and post-visit. We can't wait to go back next summer.

Okay.
Upon arrival at Ocean Reef Club, there was a problem with getting the key, and after a long day of traveling with a 2 and 4 year-old, waiting an hour for a communication error is not acceptable. The condo had ants, a particular area of the kitchen smelled of mold, and one of the showers was almost impossible to find the right place to turn either on or off as it had been previously almost removed from the wall. The "master" bedroom doesn't have a connecting bath - the one nearest is a VERY tiny, generic bathroom. This unit needs major updating. We stayed in February 2014.

Pumpkin Cay Retreat
Would highly recommend. It's as described. High end ,clean, quiet within a beautiful Club. Convenient to pool and grilling area. Michele was very responsive to any questions. We'd return for sure.

Great rental!
Hi Michelle, I just wanted to thank you again for the condo rental. It was fabulous. Always a great time at the The Reef for us. You definitely have repeat renters in us!! We already know that we are interested in it (or your friends property) for next year over New years, and for sure we will want to rent in the coming months. Thanks Again, Cathy
