The “Nashville Loft” Story
Nashville Loft is an original piece of Nashville history. The loft is nestled in an old renovated brick warehouse building that has been a part of the heart of Downtown Nashville for over 100 years. In its early days it was a tack ‘n feed store and goods would come into what is now the basement level off ships coming in on The Cumberland River. The building also served as a large appliance store during the 50’s & 60’s. Walking through the halls of this building, The Quarters, you are walking through a true Nashville treasure! Inside the loft, you'll love the 100 year old restored hard wood floors, open industrial ceiling, spa-like bathroom with jetted tub and robe, plenty of closet space, and a washer & dryer (inside the loft!) It is artfully styled to reflect the history of the building, yet ultra-modern and clean. It has an open floor plan, and is fully stocked with everything you need to experience Nashville like a local. The Quarters, located on 2nd Avenue is INSIDE the Music & Entertainment District which includes only a small portion of Broadway and 2nd Ave. Everything on your "Playlist" is just steps outside your front door! Walk to everything including: Honky-Tonks, Restaurants, Concerts, Live Music, Grocery/Liquor Stores, Coffee Shops, Pharmacies, Museums, Sporting Events, Shopping and MORE! Great for a couple's getaway, girls/guys trip, or a family vacation. It has windows overlooking the interior atrium, sleeps up to 4, with 1 queen bed and 2 twin beds.
This Loft in The Quarters is AMAZINGLY quiet yet centrally located. The building is primarily occupied by full-time residents so you will feel right at home with the locals. The front lobby is locked at all times and has a convenient coded key pad to get in; the Loft itself has a convenient coded entry as well. The Quarters is not suitable for parties or events, as they would disrupt our neighbors however just outside the front door is more excitement than you could ask for!
*The loft also comes with secure Wi-Fi and an option to rent a Parking Space across the street!*
