An awesome family retreat beautifully situated on four Northeast Kingdom acres with spectacular views of Lake Willoughby and lake access just a short distance to the public North beach. Start creating life-long memories of a classic summer vacation "at the lake". Sleeping up to 20 guests, this property is perfect for families and friends to enjoy a splendid time together but still allows the privacy of your own cabin. Cabins are neither large nor fancy, but space is well arranged for a comfortable stay.

The public North Beach is situated less than a mile to the north and the beautiful South end of the lake is a short drive. Swim in the pristine, crystal- clear waters of Willoughby. Its beauty & grandeur will take your breath away as you approach from either the north or south end.

The property has four 2-bedroom cottages, each having 2 double beds sleeping 4 guests comfortably and a couch if needed for a child. The 1-bedroom cabin has a queen bed for 2 guests and a couch if needed for an additional guest. Each cottage has a four-burner stove, oven and refrigerator. You will find all the pots and pans needed for home cooking. There is also a toaster, coffee pot and microwave. Each cabin has panoramic views of the lake and mountains enjoyed from the dining table and front porch. Each cottage has a picnic table and two lawn chairs. Guests may want to bring additional outdoor chairs and possibly a pop-up awning for shade.

You will have full access to our spacious and well-groomed grounds perfect for any number of lawn games and activities. At mealtime, have an old-fashioned summer picnic using the picnic tables provided. Push them together and you have seating for all.

The grounds are perfect for your cornhole or bocci ball games. Sit and read while your young children enjoy the play area safely set back from the road. Truly take time to smell the flowers in our country gardens or explore the brook that runs along the property with the 8-to-12-year old's who love that activity. After a full day of summer adventure, gather round the fire and reminisce, roast marshmallows and delight in the wonders of our night sky. (Guests must supply wood from Vermont). Enjoy the spectacular surroundings, the freedom of the outdoors, but most of all enjoy the time spent together.

Close-by, you will find spectacular hiking at the south end of the lake. We are situated within 30 minutes of Burke Mountain for some of the best mountain biking trails found. We recommend Clyde River Recreation who will deliver kayak rentals to the property.
