Fantastic Newport/Middletown RI Home

This beautiful three story, five bedroom, four bathroom house was built in 2010 so everything is relatively new and works great. We recently added new mattresses and couches to add to your comfort. Walking distance to Eastons Beach, St. Georges School, and 2nd Beach. Perfect for wedding, graduation, and family weekends. The house can sleep 10 adults in 7 different beds (4 Queens, 3 Kings) with additional space for children and one of the bedrooms is on the ground floor, perfect for grandparents or people who have trouble with stairs. There is a full bathroom on each of the three floors, two on the middle floor. The layout of the ground floor is wide open and great for family get togethers. There is one 50" televisions on the ground floor and one 50" television in the master bedroom (2nd floor). 2 sets of washer and dryers are available for use, one on the second floor and an additional in the basement There is also an outdoor shower for use after the beach. Great deck in back of the house with table, many chairs, outdoor couch, grill and ocean views which makes you never want to leave the house. Recently, the basement was finished. There are 2 trundle beds (4 twin mattresses), a large couch, big chairs, and another 50" tv. Great for movie night with the kids.

Ladies weekend
We can’t say enough about this lovely home! It was immaculate and beautifully appointed. Lyon was wonderful to work with and responded immediately when we had a question. The location was very close to Newport and was an easy drive into town. Highly recommend!

Outstanding beautiful home
This is a beautiful home in a nice neighborhood. Close to Newport, but has the advantages of being outside of Newport proper, like SPACE … to park, to walk, etc. A few great restaurants nearby: Flo’s, Sweet Berry Farms, and Anthony’s Seafood. The home is modern and clean, and has ample separate areas for groups to spread out for privacy. Five stars.

Beautiful home & great location
A group of family and friends stayed at this home and it was perfect for our long weekend! The home is spacious and location is just about 5-10 minutes from downtown Newport.

Perfect vacation rental
Our group of 11 absolutely loved this house. Beautiful, immaculate, very well furnished home with great common spaces for our family to hang out. A second home for owners rather than just a normal rental property, so better equipped than most rental homes, and at the same time none of the personal clutter that often can come with someone's second homes. All the beds were very comfortable too and nice linens and towels. Fantastic location - nice quiet street, large well kept yard and deck- grocery store 5 minutes away and 10 minutes to beach, Cliff Walk and downtown Newport. Owner was very responsive and easy to work with too.
