Located in the desirable SE of Cape Coral in close proximity to the Yacht Club Beach, this charming vacation home offers an open floor plan. Villa Willshire features 1,700 square feet under air with 3 bedrooms (1 king and 2 queen) and 2.5 bathrooms. Up to 6 guests can be accommodated comfortably.

The living room features a flat-screen TV and a comfortable leather sectional, ideal for relaxing and enjoying quiet time. The kitchen boasts all the necessary appliances. A beautifully appointed formal dining room will make entertaining a breeze.

The highlights of this home are the southern facing patio with a heated pool (electric) and the close proximity to the Cape Coral Yacht Club Area and the Cape Coral Beach.

Wireless high-speed internet as well as a small desk are available. The utility room accommodates washer and dryer. Grocery stores and restaurants are only a few minutes away. Walk to the Tiki-Hut Bar and enjoy your sun-downer!

The boat dock offers plenty of space to enjoy those amazing Floridian sunsets. Boat lift holds the owners vessel and it is not possible to dock a boat at this location.

Prices are for 4 adults. There is a surcharge of $175.00/week for any additional person.

An energy allowance of $ 25.00/week is included in the rent. Additional usage will be charged with $ 0.17/kWh plus 11.5% tax.

Florida Retreat
The property was great. Very clean and well laid out. They went above with the items they left for us to use. A beautiful swimming . We had a couple suggestions we shared with the property manager but by no means to be considered a complaint. Coming from Canada this has been a real break from the damp and cold. Would definitely go again

Loved the location and the pool area
This property was in a PERFECT location to get to anywhere in the Cape Coral area. Talked to AK next door and hired him and his pontoon boat for a 4-hour cruise at $100 an hour. LOVED IT! He knew the area well and stopped for lunch at a cute outside restaurant. We saw Dolphins in three separate locations and stopped for a swim. AK was very informative on different areas on the water. We came in a day early and were able to call and make arraignments to check in one day early. We called and requested a small fan for the bathroom and they brought one over the very next morning. The only downside about this house is the extra bill on the electricity. We've stayed at 6 VRBO homes and never had to pay for electricity. They gave you $50 towards your bill but, when we checked out, we still owed a bill of $108. 00 on our 2 weeks stay. I think we paid extra because the pool pump NEVER seemed to shut off. It ran the whole-time day and night. We even used the pool cover at nighttime to keep the pool at a good temperature. I was always going around and turning the lights off. They did welcome our two small dogs and my husband hooked up a dog run from the screen porch to a tree out back. This worked perfectly for letting the dogs out at night. This is a very quiet neighborhood which was perfect for us. We truly enjoyed our time in Cape Coral. I moved the glass jar Lemon Tree out of the pool area. I was terrified that someone would bump into it. Thank you. John and Diane
