The unit was very nice. It was what we expected in both the interior and exterior. Nice close location to the beach. Should have been communicated that you pay a parking fee for every vehicle. Very confusing on who is actually managing the property.

Amazing place!
This was our first stay on Hilton head. The check in process was a bit confusing at first, but once we were able to check in the place was beautiful. We had a wonderful stay. The beach is absolutely breath taking and the condo was gorgeous. The owner was great with communication and responsive and we would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful week in HHI and this unit was incredible. We loved it so much we’ve already booked for next year! Thank you for such a beautiful home!! Communication with the owner was flawless!

We have owned rental property for over 20 years in Palmetto Dunes. We started out in the golf villas and then moved to the ocean. We have 6 children that all love to come back to Hilton Head. We all look forward to when we can return. Our oldest daughter was married on the island. I hope you will love it as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We came for the first time to HHI in 1992. We purchased a place in 1993 because we loved our visit so much. We are golfers and tennis players and love the ocean.

What makes this property unique

We love walking the beach. We love the pool and BBQ areas. Kids love to cook out and have s'mores when they come. We love walking and riding bikes to the general store, and all over the plantation.
